Not a timed entry ticket despite time slot at purchase

This ticket listing is misleading and deceptive: you are required to choose a time slot at purchase, which infers the ticket is a timed entry to the museum. Only upon delivery is the ticket clearly marked as a not timed entry ticket, which means you are not entitled to enter at the time chosen and have to queue with the not timed entry tickets purchased directly through the museum. The listing should not have a time slot option if the ticket being purchased is not a timed entry ticket. I have reached out to the tour supplier to request a refund as the service I paid for is not the service I received.

The museum did not allow us to enter with the ticket I had acquired since they argued that Sunday was free, but needed to apply for the tickets at the museum website. When I bought them in Viator, they should have let me know instead of just selling the tickets. It was very frustrating since I have a lot of interest in entering.

Denied Entrance

DONT go thru Viator. I was not allowed entrance. I was told my ticket was not a valid company for the Musée d’Orangerie. I was so disappointed and angry.
