I purchased these tickets from Dreamtopia Tours 2 months ago (8-12-25) and they informed me 12 hrs before my date that they were unable to obtain my tickets? I don’t understand how this happens. This was very unprofessional and profoundly impacted my vacation. They promised to refund my money and send me complimentary tickets for a Seine river cruise but those have yet to be delivered as well.

I do not recommend a non-refundable ticket for this experience. We weren't feeling well and missed the morning scheduled time. This was a tour with only an audio guide (no tour guide) but we were not allowed to change the entry time.

The Orangerie Museum was a nice experience. Getting the tickets in advance with Viator makes it an easier access — no waiting in lines. The museum is small in scale — a nice mix of artists works — Monet’s mural wall (meditation) room was awesome… I recommend … Enjoy the beautiful gardens where the museum is located.

This museum is a delight. It is beautifully laid out, far less busy and because the collection is relatively small, you are able to enjoy each piece of Art. Monet's Waterlillies are simply mind blowing, the space is as he wanted; calm and contemplative, ( you are meant to view in silence but this is almost impossible as people murmur their observations). There is no gift shop, which is also a positive; just simply enjoy the paintings. I highly recommend this museum / gallery.

It was so crowded and loud in the water lilies rooms that it ruined the experience. If you do plan to go, book first thing in the morning and motor in for a few minutes of quiet. When viewed that way, it's beautiful.
