It is a quick paced bike ride so if you’re not up to keeping up it may not be for you. George, our tour guide was extremely patient with our group and very knowledgeable. He was able to gauge the level of history interest the group had and provided the right amount of insight. His English was very good with a slight accent enabling us to understand him very well.

We are sorry that you were unable to take part in the tour. However, this activity is clearly advertised as a bike tour, and participants must be able to ride a bicycle in order to join safely.
Upon arrival, it became clear that you were not able to ride a bicycle. Although this tour is not a cycling lesson, our guide still spent more than 40 minutes trying to help you, explain the basics, and give you the opportunity to participate. Unfortunately, despite this additional time and effort, you were still unable to ride comfortably and safely enough to join the tour.
The scheduled tour duration was 2.5 hours, and spending such a significant amount of time trying to teach basic cycling skills made it impossible to continue the activity as planned without affecting the safety, timing, and quality of the experience.
We did our best to find a suitable solution and offered alternative options, including a Segway tour with training and a hop-on hop-off minibus tour on another day. Unfortunately, these alternatives were not accepted.
Regarding the refund request, the booking was not cancelled at least 24 hours before the tour, and the service was available and ready to operate as scheduled. The reason the tour could not be joined was that the required basic ability to ride a bicycle was not met. For this reason, we are unable to approve a refund under the applicable cancellation policy.
We always do our best to help our guests and find fair solutions whenever possible. However, for bike tours, participants are expected to know how to ride a bicycle before making a booking. Our guides are there to conduct the tour, not to provide basic bicycle training before the activity starts.

Our guide George was very knowledgeable about the history behind the attractions and asked questions to engage us. We covered a lot of ground as he knew the best routes and spots for pictures as well.

It was a fabulous way to see the city. We saw much more than we could have using public transportation. It allowed us to get the highlights and then go back to the paces we loved. I highly recommend!

Fadwa was an amazing guide. Not too fast, not too slow. She adjusted our route to try to help in the pursuit of a “crookie” and found alternative spots to view things that we had seen. Her English was perfect!

We had the BEST time on our Paris bike tour with George! He is incredibly knowledgeable and brought the city to life with so many interesting stories and insights you’d never get on your own. He also made sure everyone felt comfortable with the pace—never rushed, but still covered so much ground.

Was nervous to bike around Paris. It was wonderful, very safe. Our guide Arthur was fluent in English and gave an incredible tour. I found we understood navigating Paris much easier after the tour. Arthur knew the landmarks we visited. Shared many interesting facts and took pictures of us at the sites. Would highly recommend

The booking was easy and clear and the prince was great. Kenza was an exceptional guide with extensive knowledge. She went at a great pace for the whole group which was great because there were some anxious bike riders amongst us. The bikes were new and worked well. Definitely an experience worth doing to get your bearings and learn about the major sites in a fun way. You do ride with the traffic so be ready for that. Would absolutely recommend this for anyone visiting Paris.

We did this on our first afternoon in Paris and it was awesome. Well paced and our 13 & 16 year old boys loved it. Fadwa was our guide and she was lovely and knowledgeable. Our oldest bike kept turning off so Fadwa gave him her bike and he rode hers. We saw so much and got an idea of he layout of Paris which helped for the next few days. Was a favourite of our boys, highly recommend

Even though Paris is very busy and crowded Jack led us on a wonderful and thorough ride through the city. He gave us a lot of information with humor and anecdotes. We are glad we did it and that he was our guide!

We had a wonderful experience on the Ebike tour. The young tour guy had tons of knowledge, made us feel very comfortable and kept us safe along the route. We had a beautiful day and were able to stop, hear history and take great pictures. Would 100% recommend this tour for an easy way to see a lot of sights of the city in a short amount of time.

My husband and I had such a great bike tour with Jack, he was informative and funny and very nice. There were a few hiccups with a bike and road closures that were not his fault, but he handled it with grace and made it right. Got to see the Invalides, Louvre, Arc, Eiffel tower and more all up close! We really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend as a great way to see a lot in a short amount of time! Would do this one again for sure!
