We spent the money to fast track entry, and it was a complete waste. Showing our "skip-the-line" tickets, we were sent to a line that was blocks long, and didn't have the time, or patience with the kids to wait. We had to leave and miss the museum entirely. I think it was very busy because of the Easter holiday, but we shouldn't have been sold the tickets and led to believe this would be to skip the line. This was not just a security line. The was an enormous line.

We would like to clarify that the customer booked standard entry with fast-track access; however, during peak periods such as the Easter holiday, all attractions experience exceptionally high visitor volume. In such cases, even fast-track or skip-the-line tickets may still require waiting in operational or security queues, which are managed by the venue authorities.

Skip the line is a lie! While First off, Musée d'Orsay is stunning and a must see in Paris. We arrived at 10am, only 30 minutes after the museum opened. The queue to get in (with our "skip the line" tickets) was 1 hour 47 minutes. Outside. In 0°C weather. Freezing. Shame on you Viator! False advertising.

Overpriced, Unnecessary, and Frustrating Ticketing Process

I was extremely dissatisfied with the “Fast Track Entry to the Orsay Museum.” My voucher was not accepted at the museum, forcing me to repurchase tickets on the spot. I tried calling and messaging the operator beforehand but received no timely assistance. The ticketing process is overly complicated: The link to access the tickets did not work when I arrived at the museum. I initially thought the fast track ticket with a barcode was valid, but it was not. A PDF link was provided, but it also was not a ticket. The fast track option itself was unnecessary and overpriced. We ended up in a line right next to the regular line, and the difference in wait time was minimal. I paid €68.32 for 2 fast track tickets, while regular admission for the same tickets is €28. This experience caused significant inconvenience and extra expense. Other reviews report the same issues, suggesting this is a recurring problem. I would not recommend this service in its current form.
