I so sad. The reception staff at the museum would not accept my ticket confirmation and seemed to know nothing about my circumstances. I was with my 85 year old mother and just had to but new tickets. This was really poor practice and arrive. I asked for a refund and was rejected. I spent a great deal of money for my tickets and trusted Viator. I think next trip I will book with another company. I am so disappointed

My mother is on a walker and while the museum staff were very good about directing her to the handicapped entrance and ramps, the lift was broken, and there was no a/c in the building even though the website said there was. It was a heat wave in Paris, and all together this made it hot and sweaty and difficult to get around the building. We did manage to make it up the stairs with me behind her and carrying the walker, but it was all very hot and awkward. Luckily the museum and gardens lived up to their reputation and were wonderful to view and enjoy.

Having to travel to your office as a meeting point only to have to walk back 13 minutes to the Eiffel Tower is unacceptable. I have used Viator for a very long time travelling all over Europe and have never had a meeting point so far away from the attraction. The travel guide was very knowledgeable, responsible and a pleasure. Where this tour fell short was the guide part was minimal and this tour is definitely not worth 130 euros per person. I have taken a tour of the Effiel Tower in the past which was much more informative. I respectfully request a partial refund.

Don’t buy the tix or audio through Viator. Took forever for the venue to confirm and scan tix. The audio program was not through the venue and require uploading of app and downloading the audio program. I assume then you need some sort of earbuds. We ended up buying again at the museum. Chartres is a picturesque old town, and the cathedral is a magnificent example of Gothic architecture. A good guide (like ours) will exlpain the building techniques, the spiritual symbolism and how religious power has changed in France over nearly a thousand years. That's a lot for a 5-hour tour!
It was a comfortable trip from Paris -- good driver and no worries about finding the correct train or finding a parking place.

I was u able to access my tickets and had to buy new ones from the museum. I had an email and the app and neither one would access thr tickets to be scanned. I have more tickets booked and hope this doesn’t happen again.

The audio guide not worth the time. The skip the line tickets only skip the buying tickets line, not the line to enter. Save your money and find another audio guide with the time. It didn’t even have a single entry for the gates of hell. Clearly the people who created the guide have never been here in person.

This was a very relaxing experience.

The tickets were unusable. They were inconveniently sent via WhatsApp in two separate links where one was for tickets and another for the audio tour. Both were for the audio only and so no link for the entry. It was a complete scam and we had to repurchase tickets on site. In the meantime there was no line and so getting tickets there or even via the museums’s site is recommended.

I am rating my experience booking with Viator not the museum. My tickets arrived by email the day before the tour as promised and were extremely easy to redeem. I would book again with Viator! We also loved the museum and the gardens. It was a beautiful break in very well organized tour!

The museum itself is AMAZING. Gardens are spectacular. I would have given it 5 stars except I never got my entry tickets so had to buy them at the museum, which took all of 2 minutes and for a lot less. There is NO need to book “skip the line” because there is no line. We went at 10:30 on a beautiful Saturday morning in May. NO LINE.
The museum and gardens are not to be missed. The skip the line is a scam.

Despite a confirmed skip-the-line reservation, it was absolutely impossible to access the tickets "apparently" sent in a separate email. I have tried everything, both in my Viator account and my Outlook account.
The system for sending tickets the day before the event is both stressful and laborious for the traveler. The other reservations were laborious to find the tickets.
