Last minute booking for Easter Sunday. Easy process. Quick follow through considering the short notice booking. It was a relaxing and delightful way to spend the day. Rodin was a remarkable artist.

Don’t buy the tix or audio through Viator. Took forever for the venue to confirm and scan tix. The audio program was not through the venue and require uploading of app and downloading the audio program. I assume then you need some sort of earbuds. We ended up buying again at the museum. Museum was incredible,

Chartres is a picturesque old town, and the cathedral is a magnificent example of Gothic architecture. A good guide (like ours) will exlpain the building techniques, the spiritual symbolism and how religious power has changed in France over nearly a thousand years. That's a lot for a 5-hour tour!
It was a comfortable trip from Paris -- good driver and no worries about finding the correct train or finding a parking place.

I was u able to access my tickets and had to buy new ones from the museum. I had an email and the app and neither one would access thr tickets to be scanned. I have more tickets booked and hope this doesn’t happen again.

Viator audio only available for level 0, nothing for remaining levels or garden. No resolution, no refund. Nothing but automated responses. Would not book with them again.

The audio guide not worth the time. The skip the line tickets only skip the buying tickets line, not the line to enter. Save your money and find another audio guide with the time. It didn’t even have a single entry for the gates of hell. Clearly the people who created the guide have never been here in person.

This was a very relaxing experience.
It wasn’t as crowded as some of the museums we visited and we enjoyed seeing all of the statues we’ve only seen in media previously.

The tickets were unusable. They were inconveniently sent via WhatsApp in two separate links where one was for tickets and another for the audio tour. Both were for the audio only and so no link for the entry. It was a complete scam and we had to repurchase tickets on site. In the meantime there was no line and so getting tickets there or even via the museums’s site is recommended.

Good history lesson with a nice view of the artillery museum and the Eiffel Tower. The only issue was having to rent the audio headphones to truly hear.

I am rating my experience booking with Viator not the museum. My tickets arrived by email the day before the tour as promised and were extremely easy to redeem. I would book again with Viator! We also loved the museum and the gardens. It was a beautiful break in very well organized tour!

The museum itself is AMAZING. Gardens are spectacular. I would have given it 5 stars except I never got my entry tickets so had to buy them at the museum, which took all of 2 minutes and for a lot less. There is NO need to book “skip the line” because there is no line. We went at 10:30 on a beautiful Saturday morning in May. NO LINE.
The museum and gardens are not to be missed. The skip the line is a scam.
