Total scam they RE sell a fixed hour for double the price and when you arrive you have to make a two hour line to get in. Book directly at the museum. I got this only because it was sold out. (By this people probably)

This was a scam. You do not get a timed entry ticket. You get a general entry ticket which means you wait in the same 2+ hour line as people without a ticket. Only difference is they pay 11 euros and you’ve paid $45. The vendor does not respond to chats or emails. Save your money and just get a ticket at the door.

Mis-sold - this company don’t offer time slots

The tour businesses tend to buy up all the tickets in advance, so none are available on the day for tourists - meaning we had to pay their inflated price over the true museum entrance fee. I chose this tour company to buy from as they offered a timed entrance - at even steeper cost. I shouldn’t have bothered as we were given a general entry ticket, so had to queue regardless. I queried it with the company in the morning, but they were insistent that I had bought a general ticket. Thankfully it wasn’t too long a wait, but I wish I’d gone with a cheaper company offering the general entry ticket from the outset. The museum itself is wonderful. The 5€ audio tour is worth the extra.

Tickets work but it’s a scam

This was a scam. They give you admission tickets but they aren’t time stamped and don’t secure you priority access lines. It is no different to lining up for a ticket on the day. Only difference is the huge mark up from €11 per ticket. Avoid.

There is a waiting line. Go early 9am and stand in line, not necessary to pay for this ticket. The audio guide was not delivered. Museum Amazing.
