So beautiful. Small but highly informative. Was a bit disappointed with the crowd and people posing for pics arather than enjoying the water Lilies but down stairs was much better. Will with the wait. Get tickets beforehand with a specific time

Don't Book through Viator.

It's hard to rate an experience that they wouldn't let us in for. We bought tickets for a pass that you could come at any time during the day, and was denied entry for "not having a time frame scheduled." They said the "policy changed" just that morning due to the heat wave, however I was not made aware of anything. Furthermore, it was nonrefundable and nonexchangeable, and they weren't willing to help at all.

Viator tickets buy you the right to wait in line with those not having tickets. Another line is reserved for people with time-slot tickets.

Waited 30 minutes in line and left. Didn’t even get to experience the museum. Plan to wait in the queue even with a ticket reserved in advance.

Our tickets provide reserved entry, but during peak travel periods and busy hours, the museum may still require all visitors, including those with pre-booked tickets, to wait briefly for security screening and controlled admission. Unfortunately, these queues are managed by the museum and are outside our control. We understand how frustrating this can be, and we appreciate your patience. We hope you'll have the opportunity to visit the museum again under less crowded conditions and enjoy its remarkable collection.

Museum said not an official operator and refused entry

The Museum refused our voucher and denied entry saying this is not an official operator. Now waiting outside museum for email to come supposedly allowing entry. First time with anything like this happening and so disappointing!!!!

Buying a voucher with Viator for twice the price of a standard ticket has no advantage whatsoever. You still need to wait in line for hours with everyone else who doesn’t have a ticket. Plan ahead and book a ticket with a reserved time slot from the official site!

Great museum

This was a remarkable museum, very worth seeing. We went through Viator because on the official site it was sold out for weeks. The Viator ticket price was high and only got us a place in line. It did not offer a time for entry. We arrived before opening and still waited over one and half hours to get in. Without the ticket through Viator that would not have been possible.
