So there were no tickets available to louvre so booked this had low expectations but the whole day was fantastic. We saw everything we wanted and the highlight was a cruise which is something my teenage kids loved!

This was my only option when another company canceled my guided tour to the Louvre the day before our reservation. I was able to book this at the last minute. Be advised that you are at the mercy of your internet connection at the museum since you have to open the pdf there. The people that gave a bad review faced this difficulty, so I was aware of the problem. Nonetheless, I was still stressed, praying that my document would open as I stood in line for my time slot. If you are staying nearby the Louvre, I would highly recommend you print it out before you arrive. We really were only planning on going to museum, but the cruise turned out to be a great bonus. We got to the boat at 8:45 and hopped on last for the 9:00 ride, which ended with a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower lit up and catching the sparkling show at 10:00. A great ending to our last day in Paris.

DO NOT BOOK. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. If you do not have tickets, do not take people’s money. Was supposed to get the tickets two hours before, they never arrived. We travelled to the museum and waited for the tickets, they never arrived. We called and they state they ran out of tickets. DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR.

I'm not sure if it's all the time, but when we went, the Louvre smelled like sewage and was really warm. It's also really hard to leave as the Exit signs don't lead to an actual exit, but an exit to the room you are currently in. Also, give yourself at least half a day to go through the museum, it is HUGE and there is a ton to see. The rooms with paintings are the most crowded, so if you like artifacts, you are in luck, those rooms are often times much less busy!
We waited until 10 pm to go on our Seine cruise and I'm so glad we did, because we got to see the Eiffel Tower sparkle at 11pm. It was beautiful and we had a really great time. There was a lot to learn on the cruise (which gets repeated in 6 or 7 languages) It was just a really good experience!

I was sold a ticket that my entry into the Louvre was 430. At 545 it closed & kicked everyone out. We barely saw 1/4 of the museum & that was rushing through. Total rip off! We are very disappointed. I emailed after getting kicked out of the museum but haven’t gotten any response from Viator. I would like my money back since my family was unable to enjoy their experience at the Louvre. Why sell a ticket that doesn’t allow the customer to enjoy the facility!?

Only place I could find louvre tickets that weren’t sold out!! Went at 4:30pm and didn’t realize it closed at 6pm. Just had to rush around but definitely worth it. Was also cool to see Paris from the water afterwards. We had a baby and a stroller and everything went smoothly.

Viator had tix to the Louvre when other sites did not.
All went very smoothly and without rushing because the Seine boat ride tix could be used at any time the same day.

The most memorable was the fact the tickets you emailed to us virtually at the last minute were not acceptable because we photographed them on our phones and then they couldn’t scan them so we had a problem, they eventually let us use them

The museum was wonderful. Large display I have ever seen. The ticket taker we had was very rude and unwilling to assist. Enjoyed it the Viator representative stay with on the phone until it got resolved. May need to explain more of the instructions to ensure no confusion.

TOO MUCH WALKING!!! We walked forever to see an 11x14 portrait of the Mona Lisa. I’m not an Art person, so far I was disappointed. Now if you like art, this will be a great place to go. Also, you need to be in relatively good condition, otherwise you will not enjoy it.

The louvre museum was gorgeous
Our cruise tour on the river seine got canceled and they tried to replace it with a bus tour which isn’t even close to being the same, on top of it the bus tour closes at 6:30pm! The louvre was from 4:30-5:30 when the museum closes so we didn’t even have time to do the bus tour , poorly accommodated and giving us problems for partial refunds , I won’t trust this company again

Perfect combination of things to do in Paris! The river tour was chilly but seeing the Eiffel tour light up while gently cruising the Seine and drinking red wine— priceless. And my 10-year old daughter learned so much at the Louvre museum. Get the audio guide or you will miss out on so much.

The Louvre was absolutely wonderful.
I thought i booked skip the line guided tour.
It told us where to meet and group up to 10. No one showed, so we had to go on own as time allocation. I contacted viator who said not a group or guided tour.

Received tickets an hour before time only after contacting booking.com. Thus 2 of our group could not come. I want a refund for these two tickets. Very poor communication and did not honour policy of receiving tickets at the latest 2 hrs prior to time slot. Impossible if staying a distance from the Lourve. Awful

I booked on the day I wanted to visit as the original website was sold out and I was leaving France the next day. I’m glad the time slot on the ticket to the Lourve allowed me to skip the queue and enter immediately.
The Lourve and cruise tickets were sent in separate files. I’m glad the cruise tickets were free timing so you can take your time to walk over to the cruise departure point. Definitely nice to check out the landmarks from the river

I would advise those considering this ticket to read other reviews carefully and make up their own mind. Whilst I DID receive my tickets for the louvre, I did so because after reading the experiences of others detailed in 1 star reviews, I called many hours ahead to request they be emailed to me. When the initial email did not work, I called again and had them delivered to another email address. The agents on the phone were more than helpful, but the amount of work to get a ticket that is described as being sent to you seemed unnecessary. It certainly added stress to the experience, where there could have been none. The Louvre ticket is also not “skip the line” as each time slot has its own dictated line at the museum, where you will line up with everyone else.
The cruise aspect of this experience was great, ticket delivered and much easier to navigate.
My suggestion would be to prepare ahead of time and buy your louvre ticket time slot from the museum directly. This may not be doable if you’re trying to get a ticket for the same week or same month of your visit, but it would be the less stressful choice!

Totally unrecommendable.
I never received valid tickets, lost the entire afternoon trying to resolve the problem, through different channels, and never got to enter the museum.
Support was unhelpful. Unacceptable experience.
The email which was resent over and over by Viator had a link which did not work, in any way, not manually, not with different engine searchers, nothing. The same happened with the app - did not provide access to the tickets.
No valid way to receive real tickets ever arrived. The repeated loop did not allow download of pdfs nor provide a valid link for the purpose.
Communication is impossible, time consuming and ineffective.
Customer support is inexistent.
Can’t even find a way to ask for a refund.
Kindly at least refund the value of the tickets that was paid.
Will remember not to use Viator again.

We had one day in Paris and wanted to visit the Louvre, booked more than 24hrs in advance and there was availability of a ticket - I never received the tickets and we were turned away at the front gate without a sight of the museum or the river!!
Additionally, when you call the customer support, you don’t even talk to Viator, just a 3rd party who can see what you see and can’t help with anything.
Won’t be using Viator again

Convenient ticket package the Louvre but ensure you queue up in the right line! Seine cruise tickets have a long expiry date and can be scanned at the terminal without further validation - which is helpful.

The Louvre and Seine were both excellent. The Louvre housed some of my favorite artworks of all time in addition to the Code of Hammurabi, and the Seine was beautiful at night.

They would not take your voucher. After wasting forty minutes I finally had to buy myself a ticket. Of course the louvre is the lou can't go wrong with that.
