DO NOT BUY. FRAUDULENT. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. We never received the tickets and spent over $500 USD. Viator is not being helpful. They told me the day of they have to follow a process of contacting the operator, as we were standing outside trying to get into the Louvre, and that they would get back to us. We never heard back. When I asked two days later for a refund they said they had to reach out to the operator and follow a process. We are currently waiting again. I have asked them to take this operator down as it is clearly fraudulent. They would not confirm whether they would do that or not, but it is still up. So disappointing.

This is a scam. Do not buy your tickets here. I paid over 400 euros, the meeting point was “the Louvre”, no further instructions. The Louvre is huge. No signs, no emails on where to go. They haven’t emailed the tickets to get into the museum. I tried calling, no answer, I wrote via chat, no one responded. They basically stole 400 euros from us. I am very angry, and I will try to get my money back, but I don’t have much hope. I need to find the right EU authorities to take action. I will also try to talk to our credit card company.

Awful experience- the company never sent me the entry tickets to the louvre and was not at the entrance of the louvre to meet us. We were at the entrance 20 mins early and tried contacting the operator multiple times with no answer. We had planned our trip and day expecting to see the louvre. I went to the Louvre Museum when I was in Paris and it was very big and kinda interesting. There was so many rooms and I think we got lost like 3 times. I saw the Mona Lisa but it was smaller than I thought and too many people pushing. The building itself look amazing and old and fancy. Some staff was nice really helping us with direction. Tickets was sent 3 days in advance so all was ok. If you like art you will probably love it more than me.

Didn't realize how massive it was, but seeing that Mona Lisa lady and the statues with no arms was well worth the walk. The little one was buzzin' to see the mummies in the Egyptian bit and the whole building is just proper posh. A bit of a trek but a top day out for sure

We got lost just looking for the Mona Lisa, it’s like a maze in there! Best part was the Egyptian mummies as my youngest thought they were giant burritos and kept asking when we’re gonna eat, which had the security guard cracking up. It’s a bit crowded so hold onto your kids tight. We used the Carrousel du Louvre entrance which was way faster than the big glass pyramid line. Enjoyable experience i can say.

We took the kids and my feet are done after this, but that Mona Lisa lady is pretty cool even if shes way smaller than you think. There is so much old stuff and statues everywhere it’s like a maze. Honestly we got lost twice but the glass triangle out front looks amazing in our family photos. Totally worth it just to say we saw the world's biggest art place

I liked seeing the Mona Lisa, but it was very crowded and hard to see everything in one day. There are lots of amazing paintings and sculptures, but I got tired walking around. The museum is beautiful though, and I think if you love art, you’d really enjoy it.

Just came home from our Paris trip and I want to share my experience at Louvre museum. We came late , our time slot was scheduled for 11am but due to heavy traffic, and delays we came 45 minutes later. Fortunately this tour company allowed us to enter even later, otherwise we would lose our visit as the tickets were sold out for the next 3 days. I was in doubt if my child will like to visit this museum, so i purchased a ticket only for myself, then i decided to purchase additional ticket for my child and i dont regret. The tour organizer suggested not busy time slot and smooth entrance avoiding crowds. We had good experience definitely.

The experience was awful. When we arrived at the museum, they told us that what we had were not tickets, only a voucher. We contacted Viator through chat, and they told us to check our spam folder because the tickets should be there, but that wasn’t true.
We called Viator’s customer service in New York three times.
• The first representative said she couldn’t do anything.
• The second said they would check and send us an email or WhatsApp.
• The third told us to keep waiting and even doubted our complaint.
We waited for three hours outside the museum in the rain and cold. After three and a half hours, we finally got a WhatsApp message saying they could give us entry at 1:00 p.m., but we had already left.
I contacted another representative on WhatsApp, who said they would issue a refund. We lost our time, and it was very frustrating, causing emotional distress. This is the second time this has happened— the first time was in Florence, and we never got our money back.*
