This was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris for sure! Stephan is so passionate about crepes and his restaurant, which made the whole experience so neat and memorable! We learned a ton!! I had my two teenage daughters with me, 18 and 13, and they had a blast. The crepes were absolutely delicious, and we left with full hearts and bellies! I highly recommend this class and look forward to making more crepes in my own kitchen soon, thanks to Stephan!!

Fun, interactive crepe class with enough time to make your very own crepe. My daughter and I had the whole class to ourselves. The owner of the restaurant, Stephan, will definitely keep everyone engaged. Plan for a light dinner afterwards. You’ll be full from your crepes.

This was truly a highlight of our trip - not to be missed! Stephane is a fantastic chef, and we are so lucky that he enjoys teaching small groups how to make crepes after his busy lunch rush finishes! I truly wished we had more time to go back to sample all of the lovely galettes and crepes on the menu. We enjoyed the colleagues traveling together who were cooking with us, and the crepes we made were extraordinary! We learned some secrets to try at home that will improve my pancakes too. Highly recommend!

10/10! Stephane the owner, was so energetic, funny and passionate. It was my 12 year old son and I. Stephane kept him engaged the whole class. The crepes truly are the best I have ever had. Definitely take home some of his homemade caramel also- so delicious!

My granddaughter and I had a delightful time and learned a lot more than making crepes. We learned history, geography, language variations and the appropriate way to mix and cook the crepes. If I had another granddaughter, I’d do it again. Thank you Stephane!

Stephane was so much fun in this class! We had a great time learning the history of galette and crepes and loved making our own crepes. They turned out fantastic and he had so many great toppings for us to try out on them (including his own homemade caramel sauce)! Would highly recommend taking this class with him if your looking for something fun in Paris!

It's difficult to find the right superlatives to describe this amazing crepe cooking class with Stephane. A master crepe chef and restaurant owner, Stephane is not only knowledgeable, English-fluent, and a superb communicator of complex cooking techniques; he is also so funny, entertaining, patient, and encouraging to those of us who were beginners in the fine art of crepe cookery. I attended with my twelve-year-old granddaughter, who already loves to cook. Stephane's instruction and attention gave her (and me, too!) the confidence to step right up to his professional "billig" - that's the Breton word for the crepe griddle. Yes, we got a history and language lesson along with Stephane's master chef tips for mixing the perfect lump-free batter, spreading it smoothly with the "rozell" (rake), and flipping and folding the finished crepes. It was an absolute delight to share Chef Stephane's kitchen - an unforgettable event and lifetime memory!

We had a group of 5 (4 adults and 1 child - 8) attend this crepe making class. Stephane was high energy, fun, patient and knowledgeable. I know more about crepes and galettes then I ever thought possible - bonus I learned some cooking techniques and terminology too.
Our kiddo does okay with things like this, but it was 3 hours long, with a fair amount of talking/education, so perhaps not suitable for littles that cannot sit still for long periods. She very much enjoyed cracking eggs, weighing flour and eating the final product.
Highly recommend as something fun / different.

Stephan was great! This was a fun, interactive and lively experience that my two teenagers, my husband and I enhoyed. We had LOTS of laughs and would highly recommend to break up the trip if traveling with teens.

Terrific experience! Stephane has a LOT of energy, and is genuinely passionate about preparing crepes and galettes. Not only did we learn the ins and outs of preparing the batter and cooking the crepes, but we gained some really great insight into the culture and history of the Breton region from which these delights originate.

We did this a year ago and I just realized I didn’t leave a review. Stephane is an amazing teacher. A year later and our family still makes Crepes at home after learning how in Paris. Family and friends love to come over for Crepes.

We had so much fun on this experience with our kids ages 8-17. It was a Paris highlight for all four children and parents too which can be difficult to do with variable ages. The crepes were delicious and we can’t wait to try it out again when we get home.

This truly is a must do experience. We not only learned how to make the perfect crepe, but learned the difference between a gallette (a savory "crepe") and crepes, which are sweet, as well as the history behind them.
