- This tour is not a guided visit, your host will take you up to the second floor and direct you to the summit floor elevator where you will continue your visit independently.
- There may be delays at the security checkpoint and to access the elevator
- This product is non-refundable except: If force majeure makes SETE decide to restrict access to all or part of the monument for over two (2) consecutive hours, reimbursement will be strictly in proportion to that restriction. If access is restricted because of a decision made by the public authorities, no refund will be payable. For example, if access to the summit of the Eiffel Tower is closed, only the difference between the cost of a ticket for the summit and a ticket for the second floor may be refunded since the 1st and 2nd floors will remain open to the public.
- The wheelchair is accessible only up to second floor.
- Children under 4 years old also need an entry ticket; please add it when booking.

Super expensive and NOT worth it. They told us to meet at 45 ave de la Bourdonnais at 830. When we got there they were not there. They were at the Kiosk inside the tower. Finally when we found them the guide simply showed us to the elevator and said “bye”

Seeing the Eiffel Tower is unforgettable, but doing it with a great guide like Daniele made it even better! Daniele was fantastic — friendly, knowledgeable, and full of fun facts that brought the history of the Eiffel Tower and Paris to life. He made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable, from skipping the long lines to making sure we knew where to go and what to do. Highly recommend this tour if you want a stress-free, enriching way to experience one of the world’s most iconic landmarks!

Not worth money. You can get tickets at tower for 35/person all day. This is a scam. Do not need any tour group to lead you.

The Eiffel Tower is incredible! The views of the city are fantastic. The tour guides took us through the lines and once we were on top of the tower, we were left to tour at our own pace.

Our tour guide left the meeting point slightly early before we got there. We were able to get another to take us to meet up with her.
I thought it was supposed to be escorted. We were handed our tickets at the entrance and shown where to go. The escort disappeared at that point.
That was a lot of money for this ‘tour’.

Our guide was a lovely young man, however, he drops the group off at the second level. He spent a total of one hour with the group, so this is a lot of money for that.

We purchased 2 tickets for the Eiffel Tower with summit access by elevator because no tickets for our preferred date/time were available on the official Eiffel Tower website. About a month before our trip, we received an email from the provider stating that the time we selected was no longer available and we were offered two tickets for an earlier time on the same date. We accepted those tickets. Six days before we departed on our trip, we received another email from the provider stating that the second date and time were not available and the only tickets available were for several days after our preferred date at 9 in the morning. By that time, no tickets were available from the official Eiffel Tower website for the dates of our trip. As we wanted to visit the Eiffel Tower's summit during our trip, and were uncertain if we would be able to purchase tickets on-sight, we re-arranged our schedule and accepted what was offered to us. What do you get for your money? You meet outside a cafe, receive your printed ticket from an English-speaking man who walks over to the entrance/security line with the group while sharing some info. on the history of the tower and making several requests for tips, and then departs once you are in line. The only reason we purchased the tickets originally was because we wanted to visit on a specific date/time that was unavailable on the official website. To us, this felt like a classic bait and switch scheme. We will never recommend this service provider to anyone. Our recommendation is to purchase tickets for the Eiffel Tower from the official website well in advance of your trip or, when in Paris, go early to the in-person ticket purchase line. On a busy Saturday night when we were in the area, the sign at the ticket window showed that the wait in the long ticket line was 1.5 hours. The ticket purchase line was very short between 9 and 9:30 in the morning.

Our guide, Ana met us at the gathering point and herded us safely through lines and crowds. She explained every part of the process and stayed with us up until the first elevator door closed. The experience was magical! We went at night the lights twinkling. Don’t hesitate!

We arrived at the meeting location 15 minutes early and no one was there. As we waited, another ten customers arrived. Still no one from the tour. About :30 minutes later I looked up to see someone waving to us from the corner. Assuming it was the guide, we walked over. The tour which was slated to start at 8:30 did not start until around 9:15. They gave you tickets in advance but you have to wait in the regular lines for access to the elevators. And, there was a chance that the summit was closed due to high numbers of visitors. We had tickets for a show at 10:30 and by the time we made it to the summit we only had 10 minutes to enjoy it. We had to run down the steps from the second story just to catch a taxi on time. All in all, starting late, no quick access to elevators and a lack of communication by the tour in advance made this a wrong decision and terrible experience for travelers having others plans beyond a visit to the tower.

Very disappointed, information is missleading! Nothing close to “skip the line”. We had a 7:30pm reservation, with instruction to meet group 15 minutes prior at an off site location. The time on the ticket received when meeting the group was 8:00pm. While we did skip the line to purchase tickets (which can also be done on line directly from the Eiffel Tower), we did not bypass the entrance line or either of the two elevator lines (first line to the 2nd floor, second line to the summit), reaching the summit after 9:00pm and missing sunset. Our Guide was very nice, but this tour is a waste of money, a very expensive ticket delivery service. We paid $298 (CDN) for this tour, and had the option to purchase direct from toureiffel.paris for $83 (CDN). Thats over $200 for a 15 minute walk that included a few facts about the tower that can be found with a Google search.

If you had chosen to purchase the ticket on-site, you would likely have had to wait in a long queue initially, then join another queue, and finally, experience a wait at the entrance.
Regarding the price margin you mentioned, we acknowledge that the difference between the direct ticket price and the amount charged through our service seems significant. The tour guide was very friendly, information was interesting. The guide got us to the point of entry then it was self guided/ free time to stay as long as we wanted. It was a good way to see the tower if you dont want a guide the whole time.
