Our Eurostar train was delayed by 2 hours making it impossible for us to arrive for our Eiffel Tour tour at the booked meeting time and location. It was frustrating for us trying to contact epic tours to speak with our guide and arrange a different meeting point. No one explained the procedure of getting through security at the Eiffel Tower and all we had upon entry was a now nonrefundable paper voucher. It was stressful trying to connect with our guide without being able to directly speak with him and without knowing you don't need a ticket to go through security, you just need one to go up in the tower via stairs or the elevator.

We had an amazing time going up to the top of the Eiffel Tower. Leo was our guide and he showed us the city from the second floor. I would highly recommend this tour as it’s hard to get actual tickets from the Eiffel Tower website.

Our Guide was right on time and very knowledgable and friendly. He shared many facts about the Tower and also tips about what to do in Paris. We had no wait times at all. Overall this was an outstanding experience at a great value. Definitely recommend this one!

Worth the money…

What a great experience! Our guide, Mo, was friendly, attentive, and informative. He even took pictures of everyone in their respective groups with the tower. It gets windy in the evening, so bring a sweater. You may bring a water bottle as well to stay hydrated. Wear comfortable shoes to walk in because you’ll be taking stairs and standing a lot. Lastly, be ready to spend at least 2.5 hours or more due to long lines to wait for the summit and taking the elevator back down.
