Disappointing

Very disappointing and would not recommend and definitely not as described. We were a group of 2 according to photos was expecting a properly prepared cheese board with variety of tastings not 2 big slabs of cheese that was basically wasted. No offer of tea or coffee as described. If I had not asked about the food market we would not have even been told where it was let alone have gone there. We have done a few food tours through Viator and loved them. This one should be removed from being offered. Shared 6 escargot. Terrible value. Many other tours on offer would have been better. Was keen on this one as described to be out of the ordinary and the mention of a market sounded different.

Regarding the photos, these are promotional images intended to showcase the experience and individual servings may vary depending on the day, venue, and group size. Sharing food is also a core part of the experience, as many of the tastings are served in a way that reflects local dining culture and are meant to be enjoyed together. You are correct that the market should have been mentioned and included as part of the experience. We have already raised this with the guide to ensure the itinerary is followed consistently in the future. We would also like to clarify that tea and coffee are not listed as included items in the tour description and are not part of the standard inclusions. While we understand that our tour style may not suit every traveler, we appreciate you taking the time to share your comments, as it helps us improve the experience for future guests.
