Our e-bike tour was perfection. Saw so much of Paris - so easily. Very safe. Our tour guide was amazing - we learned so much - she was knowledgeable and thoughtful. 100% recommend this tour! And I think this may be the best way to see cities in the future.

This was my husband's first time to Paris, but not mine, and I thought this would be a great way for him to see the highlights of the city early in our trip, in a relatively short amount of time, and on an e-bike (which we have at home). We could not have had a better experience! We happened to be the only people on the tour that morning, the weather was gorgeous, and our guide, Fadwa, was so pleasant and knowledgeable; request her if you can! It was an amazing way to spend the morning in one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

This was a fantastic way to see the city with our three teenagers who had never been to Paris. We got to see many of the major sites while having fun on E bikes. Our guide Fadwa was excellent. We all learned a lot and had a great time!

Brazilian guide who did not know enough to be a guide. Two out of the 4 bikes with problems. Guide was not experienced. The trip is very nice but would look for another company to do it.

Regarding your comment about the guide being “bad,” I must say that this comes as a surprise. All of our guides are professionally trained. In particular, the Brazilian guide you mentioned is currently studying history at the Sorbonne University and is in her fourth year. This level of expertise and academic background makes it difficult for us to understand your dissatisfaction.
As for the bikes, we conducted a thorough investigation into the matter. Our entire fleet was renewed in 2025, and all the bikes are brand new and meet the highest quality standards. After speaking with both the guide and the manager, we understood the reason behind your complaint.
According to EU regulations, the maximum speed for electric bikes in urban areas is limited to 25 km/h. This is a legal requirement for safety, as these vehicles are allowed on bike lanes and pedestrian areas. All of our bikes are set up accordingly to comply with this law.
We were told that you approached our manager and claimed the bike was not working properly because it wouldn’t go faster than 25 km/h. However, this is not a defect—it is simply a legal speed limitation in the European Union. In the EU this rule is strictly enforced for safety reasons.

Sadly the tour was cancelled through the night and unless i could change my arrangements to reschedule i missed out on going on this tour

We truly regret the cancellation of your tour. Unfortunately, unforeseen situations can arise — in this case, your assigned guide suffered a broken leg shortly before the scheduled tour.
Over the course of two days, we made every effort to reach you and reschedule the experience. We called all the phone numbers you provided and sent several emails, but unfortunately, we received no response.
You contacted us only at 3 a.m. — after we had already been forced to send a cancellation notice due to the complete lack of communication.
In situations where we are unable to reach the client, we are within our rights to cancel the tour without offering any compensation. Nonetheless, as a gesture of goodwill, we issued a full refund.
We are also disappointed that your review was based solely on the cancellation, rather than the actual tour experience — which you never had. You did not have the opportunity to evaluate the guide’s work, the quality of our brand-new electric bikes, the thoughtfully designed and safe route, or the overall service we provide. The negative rating reflects a situation that could likely have been avoided had you responded to our attempts to contact you in a timely manner.
We strongly encourage all future guests to provide accurate and reachable contact information (phone numbers and email addresses), so that in case of unexpected changes or emergencies, we can communicate promptly and offer alternatives when needed.

Our e-bike tour was so much fun! Our guide Jack was so knowledgeable and personable, it felt as we were hanging out with an old friend who knew every inch of Paris! This is the best way to acclimate oneself to the city, Getty f an excellent fast understanding of the lay of the land. Also your guide will give you an amazing overview of the major sights!

My wife and i met the owner Ziggy at the bike tour office expecting a larger group experience. It turned out to just be the three of us! He asked what we wanted to see and off we went on a magical ride through the streets and neighborhoods of Paris. His French history knowledge is exceptional as was his ability to navigate traffic for us. Highly recommend!
