Nice bike ride visiting the canal administration building and to an overlook of the Bridge of America Our guide was very knowledgeable and made sure everyone stayed safe.l

The earpieces were great and the guide had so much to tell us! The route was great and busy but not too bad. Jonathan pointed me towards a restaurant for the evening and with his rec I got a free pisco sour ☺️

Wow what a amazing experience. To start the tour I was given a long range ear piece so the whole tour was right in my ear. Without this you will never hear the tour. This tour sees it all, from casco viejo to the bridge of Americas (entry to the canal) and also some local neighborhoods. Our guides are locals that grew up in these neighborhoods and you can feel their passion for the local culture. The bikes were great. They all had a water bottle holder, shifted good, reliable brakes. Mine even had a handlebar cell phone holder so I could take video and still have 2 hands on the handle bars. The roads in panama city are not always your local park so a few spots require attention. We had a lead guide up front and a clean up rider at the rear to keep us together. With all that I did feel very safe.

This was one of my absolute favorite tours I took while staying in Panama City. It gives you a chance to see places outside of Casco Viejo and explore other great parts of the area. Bring a zip lock bag for your phone in case of rain ;) The guide is awesome, great to have conversations with, and provides great perspective on Panama culture and life.

Fun, exciting, extremely easy route to navigate, and best informative tour Guides! The husband and wife duo are the best at what they do. I felt safe, comfortable, and at ease during my tour. I am hard of hearing and they took great care of me. They use the ear walkie talkie to communicate everything you need to know. Most bike tours, I always feel left out and excluded, but not with Johnathan and his lovely wife, I felt included and I was able to hear everything. The bike path was easy to get around. I’m glad I chose them. Book them , don’t even think about it. They love what they do and it shows. And if you’re hard of hearing, the ear walkie talkie works! Brilliant idea on their end and it lets you know they put a lot of thoughts into their tour.

Jonathan has designed a truly incredible tour that blends some of the most important elements of Panama City life. From the chequered history of Casco Antiguo, through to the Canal Zone and back, all while taking in some of the real neighbourhoods that make up this city. A beautiful tour from start to finish and we were sad when it came to an end. 100% thumbs up, must-do activity if you have a day in the City.

Fantastic and splendid trip! I'm so happy to have found this trip and tour. Our tour guide was so involved and knew the city in&out! He had amazing anecdotes to all stories and points we visited. You end on the back roads of the Panama canal, that without a local, you cannot visit! If you like more history and emersion into culture, this is the trip for you! Have a good stamina for bike riding, but it's great! 😊

I had a morning tour with Jonathan and it was absolutely amazing! Not only did he show us around the city, but he also gave me food recommendations that only a local would know about. He is so friendly and knowledgeable and kept us very safe while riding in the streets alongside cars. I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting the city for a couple days and wants to get out of Casco Viejo and see the real Panama City.

This was a fantastic trip!! Definitely something off the beaten track and there is SO much to see and learn. Jonathon is a wealth of information having grown up and lived in this area his whole life (even saw the house he grew up in!) saw so many places you would never have known existed and yet so full of history and importance. And to get a local perspective on everything was really good. I lucked out on the day, not only seeing a massive cargo ship come through but having a local fishing boat come in with their catch, just in time for the first ‘forbidden mangoes’ to start falling from the tree (you’ll have to do the tour to hear the story about forbidden mangoes!) and catching the sunset. It rained a few times while we were out but it was actually really fun cycling in the rain and wasn’t a bit cold. The pace is easy, nothing too challenging at all, just great fun. Johnathon gave some good tips on really decent local places for food and drinks and they were spot on. Can’t beat local knowledge. For everything. Definitely recommend this trip, go see the bits they don’t tell you about!

I absolutely loved this tour!! So much rich history told on a interesting way, to get to hear it from a local, learning their perspective it's amazing! They were super knowledgeable, kind and fun people! The tour it self is well structured and he showed me places I would have never find on my own! And one thing that blew me away was the long range radios he had, he would be providing espectacular information while we were riding instead of stoping every two seconds so I wouldn't miss out on anything!! I cannot stress enough how great the whole experience was! How I was moved by his stories, I think everyone needs to do this tour at least once!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
