All of the help were fantastic. The guide was the best that we’ve ever had. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, engaging, and generous in the amount of information that he gave us. It was a long trip and he kept us filled with information. It has been the best tour that we’ve ever been on. I highly recommend E guide Dan for anybody.

Excellent tour of monkey island

We had a wonderful experience visiting monkey island. It was a 90 minute boat tour highlighting various vegetation, monkeys that actually came on the boat and we saw alligators and turtles. The guide Jenny was funny and very knowledgeable. Juliet was calling the monkeys with howls and was amazing too.

Had an amazing time! Maribel and the crew made it such a great experience and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We saw 3 different monkey species and many came on our boat during the tour. Highly recommend booking with them.

Daniel and his crew were great he was patient with picking me up and waited on the late bugs. The tour itself was great Daniel English is very clear for the English speakers. The boat was not too rough and is child friendly. Even though we did the evening tour where the monkeys don’t come out as much Daniel team mate Julia was able to get everyone to come and say hi. Would definitely recommend booking

We were picked up at our hotel at the stated time. Our guide Milton was friendly and informative. We were made to feel welcome, and having a good experience was paramount. Julliette, aka The Monkey Whisperer, was a delight. We thoroughly enjoyed our day, and seeing a crocodile was an added bonus.

False advertising ...........

The tour was fine and the operators did a great job. BUT a major misunderstanding re the fees. Only AFTER I signed up was I informed that there would be a $30 upcharge each (cash) for the boat operator. They never asked for it throughout the tour so I assumed that was a misunderstanding. I gave Daniel (el jefe) a $30 tip to be shared and assumed that was the end of it. The operators are still after me for another $60!!

Your website says $20 additional for the boat ride. The tour guy changed the price for the boat ride from $20 to $30. That was cheating!

Company communicated well regarding pick up. Air conditioned bus to boat. Daniel was our guide and he was excellent. Very knowledgeable and perfect English with a great sense of humor. We had the ‘monkey whisperer’ with us and she attracted the monkeys. We saw 3 types of monkeys, some tiny bats, an iguana and many birds. A fun trip.

The experience was great!! Loved the monkeys! However I booked the day before and heard nothing from the tour personnel as to what time is pickup! I had to message them on the day of the tour for them to say that they can’t pick us up even though it stated it at the time of booking.. my tour was postponed until 2 pm! I booked for 12 noon! Late responses late with pickup also!! They didn’t take us back to the hotel!! I wouldn’t book again with Viator! Highly upset! Unorganized! If they overbook they need to state that and really need to communicate better with paying customers!! I will not book again! I felt lied to! And not satisfied! For the inconvenience of the time you all could have provided the transportation to make it right! That was ridiculous!! Never again!

Hello. I'm sorry for all the confusion. You are right, we were late to respond. It is a busy time of the year with a lot of bookings and heavy traffic in Panama City. In regards of starting time remember this is a shared tour and depending on the location the pick up time may change. In regards of taking you back to your hotel, in the tour information you can find the policies about pick up and drop off location for this tour, as we spoke beforehand I informed you your hotel was out of the pick up area wich is Panama City. As your hotel is located in Playa Bonita, it is not included in the pick uo and drop of area. From the first communication I insisted you in taking the tour because I know you would enjoy it as you stated at the beginning of your comment. I could just cancel your tour as we reserve that right either if the tour get all sold out or there are not enough bookings. Your one start rating seems like a vendetta, even when we include you and inform you beforehand about all of this, but still you enjoyed it. Have a good day

Loved this experience with the monkeys getting on the boat and taking peanuts & grapes from our hands. It was also educational to learn about other wildlife & natural resources.
