Buying with Viator was an excellent experience. I accidentally bought tickets for the wrong date and only realized it when I arrives at the Vessel. They were able to change my reservation as soon as I texted them. The whole ordeal took 14 minutes. Such a pleasure to deal with (especially since I had missed my reservation—it was foe the day before). They honored my tickets and I did not have to add a cent. Thank you viator!

Wrong date was given to me and no one help me get in when I drove 3 hours to get there.

Enjoyed every moment. The design is simply gorgeous. My girls also enjoyed the experience. The view was breath taking and I was super happy we got to experience it.

The venue is magnificent, fascinating from outside. Not so much to get touched by inside except great views around the building. But I find very disturbing that there’s only one very small elevator only for the disabled, as I was told. Looks like seniors who cannot walk up all those steps are off limits. It’s frustrating.

i was really disappointed, when we got to vessels , they said our ticket did not scan , so it significantly delayed our trip . eventually we got to go but it made us feel like we were buying some fake tickets

I showed up to the facility only to tell me that the tickets were invalid and they couldn’t honor them. I had to purchase tickets from The actual location. I was lucky I was able to purchase tickets on the spot! I also purchase tickets for another activity, I I Hope they work.
