Our tour guide Rafael was excellent and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. He was also very friendly, pleasant and engaging to talk to. He was very flexible with the schedule of the day, just to help us check off on what’s in our bucket lists to see. His van is very clean and comfortable. He is also a great driver and made us feel safe throughout the day. Would definitely hire him when I visit the region again. Thank you Rafael!

The tour includes a stop on every city with time to visit. It's an one-hour stop, enough to visit the included cities. Tour is flexible, that really helped us. The driver (Raffaele) is very punctual throughout the whole tour. His knowledge and experience make a big difference. Thank you Raffaele!!

Our driver was very nice but we expected a “tour” meaning the driver would have specific areas to show us or restaurants to recommend. For the price, we expected more of a customized experience with more input from the driver about where to go and what to do. It was a really nice day with the family but for the amount we paid, we expected a much more customized experience with an engaging tour guide rather than just a driver.

While they are knowledgeable about the Amalfi Coast and its history, speak fluent English, and are highly experienced professionals, they are not certified to provide guided tours. Their role is to offer safe, comfortable transportation and friendly conversation, not in-depth historical or cultural commentary at every stop. If you were looking for a licensed guide to accompany you throughout the day, this would simply need to be requested at the time of booking. A certified guide can always be added to the tour for an additional cost, and we would have been more than happy to arrange that for you. It’s also important to note that all tours offered through Viator (and similar platforms) clearly follow the same format: private drivers who do not act as official guides. We strive to ensure that this distinction is made transparent from the beginning to avoid any misunderstanding. Raffaele was a great driver and tour guide for our trip to the Amalfi Coast. He was able to tell us a lot of history of the area. The day was topped off with a late lunch at a beautiful hotel patio in Ravello that Raffaele was able to arrange. I would definitely use Raffaele in the future.

Wonderful experience! This is a family run business. Very personal and professional Christian was our driver, and we could not have had a better one! He knew the area and set up a beautiful wine tasting for us after showing us the Amalfi coast. We also met his brother, Raffaelle, who owned the taxi and set everything up for us. We will definitely use them again if we come back!

Visit small towns in the winter

It was a nice experience to visits unique town of Positano, Amalfi Coast and Ravello. Roberto was gave us many details about the towns and and also helped to find traditonal reataurant for lunch and also he was very good driver through the small roads. The Church at Amalfi Coast was the highlight of this journey. Ravello was nice nice but not much to see in the winter. Most of the stores closed but the sceneries during the trips were very inetresting.

We were traveling with 3 couples, brother and sister with spouses. Emiliano was our guide and Driver. From the moment we entered the private van we were singing Italian songs and laughing. He took us to a place where they hand carve jewelry and also have modern jewelry. Bought a hand made bracelet for my wife, really cool. We toured the Amalfi coast and made several stops at Ravello in a quant village to shop. We saw great views of Positano and stopped at a very busy Amalfi shopping area. Breathtaking views along the way. Last stop at limoncello store to browse and shop and had a delicious gelato. Wish we had more time to spend at stores in Amalfi but overall a great day. Emiliano was very flexible and catered the tour to our liking. Highly recommend this tour

Visiting and touring Amalfi Coast was one of the highlights of our cruise! We had a really short stop at Naples on our cruise, but we really wanted to visit Amalfi coast and to have a little taste of that awesome place. Our tour included stops at Positano, Amalfi and Ravello. I was not sure if we had enough time to visit all those places. But Raffaele, our tour guide and driver, made it possible! Not only he drove us to those amazing places, but he was telling us stories about each place. He knew where to stop for stunning views, guided us where to go and what to see in each place, what to eat (try for the first time), he was attentive to our wants and needs. Raffaele went above and beyond! And oh my goodness, what an amazing driver he was! We did not worry at all about his skills driving on the very busy, very very very narrow roads. Our experience with Raffaele was exceptional! Highly recommend tour with Raffaele!

Roberto was truly amazing! This entire experience was A+. He was very knowledgeable about the area and took us to four of the cities in the Amafi coast. I was on the trip with my family of 5, and we felt completely safe with him and his professional driving. I would highly recommend this private tour. Fast and save way to know more places during a cruise

We really wanted to get to know Sorrento, Almafi y Positano when we went on a cruise to Napoli port. This option was very convenient regarding the time we had because of the cruise schedule. Our driver was very gentle and we enjoyed a lot. I fully recommend it. Even though I have mistaken the date he was able to change it and fit our needs.

Exceptional drive and tour of the coast

Celeste was very good driver. When the traffic slowed our journey she made sure we were able to spend the allotted time in each stop. Then she selected an exceptional 5 star place for our late lunch; One we would never have found, away from tourist, I Setari. It was a wow trip with scenery, experiencing hand squeezed lemon juice on the scenic road side, an exceptional meal to finish. Five plus stars
