Great tour guide and very animated. Always a treat to learn about a site from a locals point of view. Only problem was as we approached the Glockenspiel plaza, the bells were playing and the figurines were spinning around. I stopped to record the event, as it ended I lost my group in the very large crowd and never found them.
This was the best tour ever!!! Ozzie was an INCREDIBLE guide who made our day so wonderful. He was so knowledgeable and fun to be around. I would recommend this tour to absolutely anyone and everyone.
We loved learning about Munich; the history, the day to day life, surprising facts and overview of everything in Old Town. Ozzy was easy to hear and understand, and made the entire experience wonderful. He clearly knows and understands Munich inside and out, one of the best tours we’ve ever taken.
We were given an overview if the old section of Munich by our knowledgeable tour guide, a tall man who was half Bavarian and half Bahamian, as he explained. He has a love for his city and country as well as a love for his work. We saw the old buildings and got a history lesson about each one, including names, dates, and interesting back stories. He made sure we all stayed in a group, as some of us were older and slower. Several people who'd been on his tours before came by to say hello and to hug him. He seemed to be well known and highly thought of everywhere we went. I could not have asked for a better experience in touring Munich.
Not your usual dull history lesson. Fun and informative at the same time. Highly recommend. A must do tour.

Ozzie is a great guide. You'll learn about the history, politics and culture of Bavaria and Munich. He shows you how to find your way around downtown Munich. This is very helpful for first time visitors. Also, Ozzie is a local! Many folks along the tour know Ozzie and holler a hello.
Ozzy was amazing. His English was perfect, he was engaging, and greatly helped my understanding of Munich and it's people. Highly recommend his tour as one of the first things to do in Munich.
Nice tour with Ozzie - for us did not need all the history but definitely learned a lot and did get our bearings of the city. Saw many historical sights. Nice walking tour
Ozzie was an exceptional tour guide who shared so much knowledge about Munich, Bavaria and past/current events in Germany. The walking tour lasted about 4 hours with a brief stop for lunch at a local butcher shop. Ozzie timed the tour perfectly so that we could see the Glockenspiel clock show at 11am too. Highly recommend!
You will receive a total immersion into Munich history and culture. The tour was not too long and not too short. It was just right.
The guide was fantastic, he kept the group interested while providing a wealth of information on Bavaria, Munich and the history and culture of the region.
We had a great tour with Ozzie. A really unique tour learning about Bavaria and the history of Munich. Even my daughter, who usually doesn’t like tours, thought Ozzie was great and really enjoyed this one!
A four hour walking tour of Old Town Munich led by a local man in lederhosen. We visited two churches and enjoyed a quick lunch in the Viktualienmarkt.
Ozy is a phenomenal tour guide…kept my husband and my son engaged all the way. Tour is very informative and it gives culture, history, and everyday knowledge to make navigating Munich a breeze!!! 10/10
Ozzy is an absolute superstar tour guide in Munich! He is super funny, knows every cool historical fact, and seems to be friends with everyone in the city. He made our trip unforgettable and fun from start to finish.
The guide was clearly very knowledgeable, passionate, and confident in what he does, and the tour itself had a very relaxed, informal atmosphere. He shared a lot of interesting thoughts and perspectives, particularly about life, people, and how we approach the world.
That said, the experience wasn’t quite what I personally expected from a sightseeing tour in Munich. I was hoping to learn more about the history, significance, and stories behind the places we visited. Instead, a considerable amount of the tour focused on broader reflections about life and how one should live. While many of these points were thoughtful and made sense, I had travelled to Munich primarily to discover more about the city and its history rather than receive life advice.
The tour is also very laid-back and spontaneous, including when it comes to timing, so I would recommend allowing plenty of extra time and not scheduling anything too closely afterwards. If you enjoy an unconventional, philosophical and very informal style of touring, you may really appreciate this experience.
Overall, it was an interesting experience and the guide certainly has personality and passion, but the style simply wasn’t my cup of tea. Personally, I would have preferred more historical depth, more focus on the places we were visiting, and a little more structure. I’m glad I experienced it, but I probably wouldn’t choose this particular style of tour again.

The guide has lived in Munich for 20 years and gave an incredibly informative tour of economics, politics, history, etc. I learned so much. Highly recommended!

An AMAZING fact, fun and historical tour with the personable and cheeky guide Ozzy. What an educator! Every stop builds on the one before. He not only gives you more content than the usual at each point, but he also shows you locals' favorite stops. Definitely would give Ozzy and this tour more than 5 stars if I could!

Very glad we did this tour. Ozzie was our guide and he was a complete local. Knew a lot of people and had a lot of information to give. It is 3 hours in the sun and on your feet but well worth it.
Ossi is a great tour guide. His tour goes way beyond sightseeing and fact sharing. It goes deep into historical context which helps to understand not only Munich but many other European cities. It was a very positiv experience.

This was a fantastic tour! Our guide Ozzie was truly exceptional. His passion for sharing the culture and history is second to none. His engaging talks brought historical facts into perspective of how it influenced the current culture. It would be a mistake to pass on this tour if you really want a better understanding of Munich and Bavaria as whole. I would give more stars if it were possible.
