Susanna is such a great history story teller. She's also a great segway instructor! Accidents happen, but they're not her fault and she immediately springs into action should there be one. She's very informative, personable, and has a lovely demeanor. It was a GREAT way to tour the city. I'd love to do it again! Thank you for a fantastic time!

I am now hooked to Segways. Imagine the additional thrill of riding a Segwey along with the pleasures of a guided tour. Our guide, Rob was very helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. He ensured that I knew the basis of riding a Segwey before we started our trip. His knowledge about the Bavarian history is very good. While I am now looking for other cities which has Segwey tours, this is not meant for everyone. One of the participants had to drop out ad she wasn't comfortable.

Four in my party of six had never ridden a segway before, but after Rob's excellent instruction we were all pros. The tour was very informative and it was fun cruising on the segway. Rob was an excellent guide with a book of pictures to explain all the sites that were on the tour

Tour guide was pretty awesome (Mike), really good history brief on each stop. The only issue is the map for the tour in the app was not the same route we took, hence, 4 stars.

Great way to see parts of the city. Perfect balance of area covered, depth of history, and enjoying the ride. Don’t be intimidated. The machines are easy to navigate and learn. The tour leader was awesome. Super nice guy and smart. So glad we did this.

I ended up in an ambulance after taking this trip. If you are a first time rider on Segway, keep in mind that this tour requires to go uphill and downhill. I fell going downhill and according to their guide there were other incidents as well before, a woman fell going uphill. Bring your own knees protection if you have ( you will get a helmet). To be fair, a tour guide and manager of the company did their due diligence and called ambulance and gave me a ride back to hotel. However I believe the tour should exclude uphill and downhill areas as a suggestion.

Our host Karl was very informative and engaging and made our Munich tour experience great, we thoroughly enjoyed our trip around Munich which was steeped in history. We felt safe and would highly recommend the tour and company. Thanks for making it a great experience.

The tour is great from start to finish. So easy to pick up how to manoeuvre the Segway and the variation of speeds. The length of tour, sights, history/ info is great and goes by in flash. Well worth every penny. Our guide was great too! It’s feels personal and safe. Munich has bike lanes next to pedestrian walkway instead of the road too. English speaking tour meant we made friends along the way. Win win win.

Super well organized : reach out via WhatsApp as soon as booked the trip and reminder the day before or 2 times .. super comforting to know if you need information they are there to help !! And trip is great, well trained , well arranged and the mark told me something new about the country and city way more than a private city guide … totally worth it

Our guide Karl was fantastic. We were able to quickly get acclimated to the Segway, and off we went. Karl did such a great job of explaining not just the history of Munich, but was able to do so from the perspective of a local. From eis (ice cream), to watching surfers, his perspectives of the museums, to seeing history, the tour was as good as it can get. I kind of made a mistake in booking a tour in German, when we needed an English speaking tour guide, but Fat Tire figured that out.

Rob was an excellent guide. We learned the history of Munich, including in depth stories of the Nazi regime and WW II. Saw amazing landmarks. Loved seeing the surfers in the Englischer Garden. Segway was a great way to see a lot. Rob gave great lesson on how to maneuver it, and great navigation along the way. It was my first Segway tour, and I'm hooked thanks to this great experience.

Rob was great! Definitely one of the best Segway Tours we have done. So much history in Munich and Rob knew it all. Loved the photos he had of historical places before and after they were bombed during WW2. It was an amazing tour.

We had such a great time! We did the 3 hour tour. Neither of us had ever ridden a Segway; it was easy to learn and the tour guide was a great instructor. It was a chilly day and they provided gloves for us. There was a bag on the Segway for small belongings. Very fun and unique way to see Munich!
