A jewel of a trip with a gem as a guide !!!!!

If you are fortunate to have Haley as your guide, you will be in for a treat….from the meeting point at Pasing station to our return back home, she was always very attentive, courteous, and willing to answer our multiple questions….she supplied us with the historical facts that made the visit to the castle even more enjoyable…Haley was great conversation on the train rides … we were very impressed and Haley is a great ambassador to your brand

Charlie was a great guide! Knowledgeable and entertaining, he made the day great and easy. He provided an in depth background to the castle which really sets the scene. Clear and concise communication on logistics and flexible within the schedule to allow free time. Service above and beyond. The Local Experience (Dani and team) were also quick to respond which was very helpful.
