Daniele was a wonderful tour guide. He knew a ton about the history of the city and was able to fit in everything we wanted to see in just six hours. Just as an FYI, a lot of museums are closed on Mondays or Wednesdays so plan to do this tour T or Th-Su.

I truly enjoyed taking a walking tour from our hotel to learn and see more but most of all becoming literate on which way to walk to get around Milano. Our tour guide Daniela was great. She not only showed us sites that our popular but also sites few people visited. I would highly recommend asking for her.

ADI (Andrea) tailored a tour for us based on our interests and avoided places we had booked other tours for. This worked especially well and included a coffee stop along the way. So we really mixed with locals which ended with a meal recommendation near our end of tour. A Cotoletta- pork schnitzel with Caprese Salad was delicious in a quiet suburban street with lunching locals. Adi showed us how to use the Metro. She was an exceptional guide.

Ilona was wonderful. We told her that we would like to explore less or know and hidden treats of Milan. Of course, we also wanted to see the Duomo and such as well. She took us to the new part of Milan featuring very modern architecture upon a slight incline from our hotel met us. Even though it was raining, Ilona The various stopping points to discuss places so that we would be under some cover at those points for lunch. She took us to a very well known to the locals place where older women hand made the noodles in a window. It is one of those places that only locals would know about because it was down a real narrow alleyway, but the meal was terrific. After lunch, she took us to the art university and went upstairs to sample Milan-style espresso. Others sites included, showing us some of the hidden architectural features of Milan, as well as discussing various tidbits of business in Milan. She even showed us how to survive navigating the Milan subway system. While Ilona is from Kyiv, Ukraine, her passion is all things Italy and the life in Milan. It is this passion that made our time with her so very enjoyable.

Tour guide (Sharon) was very nice, and the shortened tour - there were difficulties arranging for a guide within compressed constraints - was fun and interesting. We managed to hit a number of sites I wanted to see, and the guide was very informative. It made me want to return for a more in depth visit.

Unfortunately we can't recommend this tour - we booked for a specific time for a business group and they asked us to change the time. We weren't able to do any other times due to other activities we'd booked around this so we had to book another provider - despite them not being able to meet the time we were allowed to book for, they have refused to refund the amount we paid.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Although she was sweet the young guide didn't guide us. I recieved an email the day before asking for my interest for our tour. I highlighted minimium history as we are arriving from Rome. A food tour that is kid friendly. I requested a tour to include China town. We were picked up taken to Chinatown and constantly told ohhhh I don't know . I would ask of what's this " ohh I don't know". I would see long lines at eateries and ask can we try this what is this and again " I dont know". She then took us to a PARK!!!!! I don't her this wasn't what I requested. We were now an hour in and only walked in circle. I asked to conclude the tour and she left us. ! Terrible service

Our walking tour of Milan was a disappointment. Our guide was very friendly & nice, but did not teach us anything about the area that we couldn’t look up online ourselves. In our past experiences, tour guides typically have lived in the area for a while and are passionate about the area. It is the tour company’s responsibility to make sure their guides are trained, excited and are knowledgeable.

The guide seemed confused. He really tried but simply couldn't create enthusiasm and seemed to not really have a plan /schedule. It wasn't horrible but I recommend that he should do something else. We were a group of seasoned business men from US, Switzerland, Germany and he was a little bit too argumentative for our taste.
