This was our family’s first time in northern Italy and we are so glad that we booked this day trip. Our driver Simone was fantastic and very accommodating. He was early for pick up and even dropped us off at our hotel on the way home. He offered to take us to a special lookout point before leaving the city, which was breathtaking. The boat captain Mattia was also great. He shared a lot of Lake Como’s history with us during our boat ride and made our time on the water so much fun. I’m still processing the beauty of the area and am so glad we got to experience it in real life. Highly recommend this trip!

The driver, Simone, was excellent. The skipper of our one hour private boat tour of Lake Como was good. The tour operator Kiss From Italy was extreme helpful. We originally bought the tour for Oct 8. But when we got closer to Oct 8, the weather forecast was really bad with heavy rain. We requested Viator to help change it to Oct 9 when the weather forecast was sunny. But Viaroe told me its non-refundable and unchangeable. So I asked the tour operator directly. They understood and helped to change to Oct 9. We had a wonderful time.

What an amazing day! Our family had a great time as an excursion from Milan to see Bellagio and take a 2hr private tour around that area of lake Como. We followed that with a delicious lunch and pictures at the Punta Spartivento in Bellagio, and some light shopping. That was followed by the most amazing hilltop panoramic picture spot at Parco Bellavista, in Civenna. It is definitely just a taste of Lake Como, but it was the perfect excursion for us while staying in Milan. The team was a delight to work with, and our driver was the best, door to door service with care at its finest.

This is a so so experience, the driver was good and the car was a luxury car, but that’s it. They advertise 3 activities but when we got there the driver told us that we had to choose only two because we had no time, it was ether going to the Bellagio town or going to the Villa where the scenes of Star Wars two were filmed. Since we did the boat ride first. Although we paid for three activities, the boat ride, Villa (were Star Wars 2 was filmed) and the town of Bellagio, we had to skip one due to not enough “time” You guys should not offer all three if in reality it is only two: as of the city of Bellagio itself, if you have been to Pontesano or some similar place like that in Italy, you will not be that impressed. Yes, sure the lake and the area around the lake is beautiful, no question about that. But after seeing Pontesano you will be disappointed. Once you get there from Milan, Be prepared for the 50 plus minutes ride on the mountain in one line curvy RD. Very difficult and can make you dizzy.

Hello Francisco, Thank you for your feedback. I am glad you were happy with the driver and the car, we put a lot of work in selecting the people for our team. I am sorry you didn't fully enjoy your Lake Como experience. I am also sorry you are not giving a true and complete description of the facts. First of all you did see three sites. Instead of Villa Balbianello you visited Villa Melzi (equally beautiful as many would say). Second, while it is true the driver was concerned about the timing (the ferry-boat does not wait), you are not mentioning that the slight delay in the schedule was due to the long and unplanned stop at the bar that you wanted to make after your boat tour in the morning. Still, that wouldn't have prevented you from seeing Villa Balbianello if you wanted to. Third, perhaps you could have mentioned the fact that you didn't feel like doing the 20 minutes walk through the park that leads to Villa Balbianello and that this was also a reason for choosing Villa Melzi. Finally, the town of Pontesano that you are mentioning doesn't exist in Italy (nor anywhere else in the world according to Google) so I am not sure what you are referring to here. But I think it gives an idea of how little your description adheres to reality. I sincerely hope you will find more enjoyment in your future travels. And that you will provide more accurate recounts of them.
