You cancelled on us via email as we were walking to the pick-up point - the day of this scheduled tour I'm waiting for a refund from you - and disappointed in your LATE notice of cancellation. You messed up my day in Milan.

We stay in Rome. Before looking into this tour there were no excursion Rome. First we would have to ride the train from Rome to Milan. We decided to go to this tour knowing that it would be challenge for us since we are from a small town and never ride on the train before esp in Europe. As we manage to get on the train at 3:30 am our way there, I received a phone call from the tour company that the tour guy called in sick and request to cancel our tour. I told told the tour company that its our last day in Italy and we are looking forward for this tour and we are half way from Rome to Milan riding the train. She told us that she will find try to find someone but not promise if she going to find any tour guys if not then our excursion will have to cancel. After an hours of frustration and disappointing, the tour company called back and told us she found someone. We met our tour lady name Clara. She is wonderful, very knowledge about the history of Milan. We learn so much about Italy and Milan. She was very patient with us. Answered a lots of our questions and basically our photographer for the day. Overall including the train and the excursion cost us around $500. I would have been a waste of our time and money without our wonderful tour lady Clara. Thank you Clara. You're wonderful and very passionate of you job.

Excellent in every way. Value for money without a doubt. Bianca has an amazing knowledge of her home city of Milan. She managed to transfer her enthusiasm and interest in the city to her audience. I was lucky enough that I was the only bookee that afternoon so I basically had a private tour. my tourguide was Bianca I think? and she was fantastic. answered all my questions, helped me locate some places to see.
