A nice walk around the city that we could not have done on our own. Comfortable pace. We would have preferred if he would have had more knowledge of what we saw. More depth of information.

Laura was the most lovely, accommodating, knowledgeable guide. From the very first message I could tell we were going to have a great tour. She made us all feel so welcome, including my children and nothing was a problem for her. She had such wonderful knowledge of the history, the buildings and the best places for food and coffee. We all felt very comfortable with her and appreciate the time we spent together. Laura even helped us to prepare for our next tour, showing us the metro system and the trams and mapping out where we needed to go. We are so grateful to have been paired up with her and will remember our time in Milan so fondly because of her warmth and knowledge. Thank you, Laura!

Great for newcomers to the city

Santiago was fantastic. Incredibly well done and masterfully curated experience based on what our interests were. We were given options for how we would like to proceed with the tour in real time. It was exactly what we were hoping for as people who had not been to Milan before. It was a great overview of the city and its attractions. We were also provided with valuable local insight into the restaurants and bars in the city.

Seeing Milan through Dalara's eyes

Our 2 hours with Dalara was very informal and relaxed. We enjoyed her company very much. She took us to the Sforza Castle that has a lovely big park behind it. This is were she likes to meet her friends and hang out. She took us to her favourite pastry shop and her favourite take out place for panzerotti. Dalara was an absolute delight!

Our tourguide was an hour late

Luckily I messaged our tourguide an hour before the tour because we had to walk 40 minutes to the meeting point. Half an hour before the tour she texted saying she is half an hour late, later at the time she was supposed to be there she texted again saying she needs another 20 or so minutes. It was raining and cold and already 3pm and it's winter so it would've been dark soon. We think she forgot about our tour and left wherever she was before and that was probably not that close. At least the operator was quick to response and refunded us the whole tour super quick. Operators are great, our tourguide was not. We wasted almost 3 hrs with walking and waiting.
