Disappointed customers

We booked 2 tickets to the Duomo in Milan and were charged $116. We reached out to our tour operator several times to find out where to meet to get our tickets. We never got a response so we reached out to the company through the app. They were not able to connect us either. We did not get to tour the Duomo, which was very disappointing as it was our only day in Milan. When I requested a refund, they said they would look into it and get back to me. Two days later I reached out again and was told the same thing. I would never use Viator again!!
