Great day. Alex did a great job keeping us informed. Beautiful stops at both Como and Lugano lakes and Bellagio was really enjoyable too. Loved the whole tour!!
Our guide, Matteo, was fabulous! The tour was the perfect mix of bus and free time, we were able to see so much of the Lake Como area. I highly recommend!!
At first we could not find our bus we contacted the number we received they tried to help us, finaly we found the bus.
The guide ( bibi) was very nice and helpful we enjoyed the ride with her.
She was very professional!
I thoroughly enjoyed the trip. It would have been better if we had loner time in Lugano to see few shops and have time to be near the lake front. Overall it was good. The tour guide Bibi was fun.
Our guide Alice was wonderful. She was very informative and she has a great personality. Always smiling.

We were not happy with this tour we gave up our timeslot so people could for people could be together, but in a long run, it didn’t help us out because we weren’t on the bus. They couldn’t find our names. It was just a big mess plus we end up having to pay more taxi fares and we showed up.

For non-European customers it is necessary to bring the original passport, this is clearly written in the program and we also remind you of it assiduously in the message inviting you to the tour.
Not worth the trouble total rip off find another guide or plan the trip yourself using the train system

There's no train system that connects the three cities in one day; Bellagio isn't even served by train.
Just reading the other reviews is enough to understand that this tour is worth it, for Bellagio, two lakes and two countries in a single day.
It is an all day experience. The chance to visit just a bit Switzerland was nice. There was plenty of time for me to walk around and see the highlights of each place. I particularly enjoyed the boat ride.

A great combo day of Lugano and Como.
I recommend that instead of turning us loose in Como at the end of the day and just meet back at the bus pick up in 45 mins, please offer to meet back in the center of town (where we parted) and walk us back to bus. I had only 8% left on my cell battery and had to go straight back to bus instead of enjoying Como.

Good value if you’re short on time. Very large tour group and long day as the tour ran close to 11 hours. Our guide was very informative. We had radios to listen to her as she guided us to the meeting points but they would cut out often. Como was lovely but we arrived so early not many places were open so not much to do other than walk around. Bellagio was beautiful as was the boat ride. Would have loved more time in Lugano as we only had an hour. Even though it was small I still felt rushed.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable and as we were going round lake Como via bus and boat he was giving us history and facts about different places. However, I would not say that this was a guided tour as Como no longer allows tour groups of more than 20 people to have a guided tour and as there was 60 of us it meant that we were shown the meeting point at each location and then left to do whatever we wanted until it was time to get back on the coach/bus. Everywhere round lake Como and Lugano was beautiful and I would like to revisit these places. It was also more of an 11 hour tour than 9 hours as it says in the description.

To comply with these rules, our larger groups receive explanations and historical context on the bus and boat, followed by free time to explore independently — we understand this may feel different from a traditional guided tour.

Loved it. Lugano wasn’t much after being in Bellagio and Como but it may have been the time of day. Other than that last hour at Lugano, rest of the trip was lovely. Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful day exploring lake comp. Our tour guide, Patricia, was very knowledgeable , friendly, and her enthusiasm for the area was great. We went on a boat from site to site and had a good amount on time at each stop. My favorite was Bellagio because of the good and textures. Patricia gave really nice food suggestions. We highly recommend this tour.

Lake Como and surrounding area is so pretty
Pickup was easy and waiting for customers to arrive.
Our guide Kevin was full of so much information told us all sorts of information on the ride to Como ......He gave us time to look around told us where comfort stops were and best places to eat and our meet up time back at bus

The morning started off as a cluster f. When I arrived 5 minutes before the meeting time, the tour guide told me to go check with the other 10 busses that was parked in the same square, without even checking their list to see if my name was on there, or look at my booking on my phone. That was a good 10-15 minutes of me running around confused and panicked. I eventually ran back to them to ask another person to check their list again, and there I was. I was fuming, and that was not a good impression at all and sort of dampened the rest of my experience. The attitude of the guide didn’t make the tour less awkward either but hey, I understand we all have had bad days on the job and they actually completed the job while handling such a problematic start, so fair enough. The tour itself is pretty standard, book it if you want to be escorted places and do not want to plan the whole journey yourself (which of course costs a lot less). Expect the standard large touristy groups and sticking to a specific time in places.

No one’s fault really except the weather. Rainy in Lake Como and Bellagio. At times couldn’t even see through the bust windows. The driver spoke English but with such a thick Italian accent I had no idea what he was saying.

Lake Como is wonderful and very green, but unfortunately, someone has to water it :) The drivers are generally friendly and pleasant, but they often speak poor English. Lugano was lovely but I would have liked more time there. Really like Como and Bellagio but the weather was horrendous and so it would have been better if some time had been taken from there for Lugano.

The stroll around Como is amazing. Boat trip to lake Bella gig is fantastic. Had a free time around Lugano for shopping and eating. I wish boat trips to Como and Lugano are included.

Lake Como and Bellagio were spectacular. The bus ride was great and the views along the way were magnificent. The only down side (and not the fault of the company) was waiting for others who did not respect the meeting times.

Morandi tours did not not have a kiosk and people were panicked. We waited in line to pester the coordinators for the check in. There were 3 buses, not all going on the same tour. There were no sticker to indicate which tour group we were following.
Our guide clearly lacked experience. She did not give the duration time to reach each destination. When asked, she gave the wrong time estimates. She did not warn that lunch time would be late i.e when we reach Bellagio at 13h45. We had too much time in Como city (2hrs) which was the first stop and were consequently late to take the ferry from tremezzo to bellagio. In Bellagio we had only 1.5 hrs to lunch and visit.
The driver was an excellent one. Well skilled to manage the bus through the narrow streets and sharp turns.

Good morning, at the meeting point there is always a person with a blue t-shirt and the moranditour symbol, ready to give directions, also for any information printed on the ticket there is the emergency number.
