Mis-sold tour - Disappointed

Have been booking on Viator for over 10 years and this is by far the most Kia sold tour Olympia took us for only 70 on a 120 minute tour and only walked through the Medina when the tour was titled Medina and Rabat

Hi Anthony, as we already told you via messages, the tour lasted only 15mins less than originally planned so 105 minutes. This tour is Mdina and Rabat yes, but as confirmed by our guide when she was going to take you to Rabat you told her that you were going to see these later on so she prioritized other locations in Mdina for you so you don't repeat the same locations. We are sorry you felt this experience deserved a one star altough exagerated, and we also refunded you the difference for the missing 15 minutes.
