SCAM ALERT. THIS EVENT IS A HUGE SCAM. I arrived taking a taxi and nobody was on site. I asked around and a beach employee told me that it’s canceled due to the weather. Emailed the operators and called their phone number. Nobody ever picked up or answered. I was never notified in advanced that it was canceled and haven’t been refunded. I understand if it’s canceled but I need an email or a phone call in advanced. Very unprofessional. I want a refund for my ticket AND MY TAXI RIDE. they ruined my vacation. I will contact Viator and report this event. DO NOT BUY. THIS IS A SCAM.

Sorry to miss out on the kayak trip

We paid for the tour and hired a ride to take us to the activity only to find it was canceled due to weather. We had to take a cab back to where we were staying. I asked the vendor for a refund because we had already booked an all day tour with viator the next day and leaving after that. The vendor has not answered my email requesting the refund. I only want the activity refunded.

Hadn’t got us booked in, despite booking months ago, receiving lots of reminders about booking via email and paying in full. Ultimate experience is not a term that describes this experience - we were given a kayak and that was it. Kayak was in good condition, but staff not friendly and no information was given .

Very good but one hour is too fast to go to the caves. You have to be very fast and it’s not easy at all

Although we had booked it in advance, when we got to the meeting point, they had no kayaks available (mismanaged their fleet apparently) and they said we would have to wait 1h in the super hot weather with barely no shades. The service by the staff was terrible (one barely spoke any English) and the manager in charge just vanished when people were getting frustrated. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We understand your frustration and disappointment regarding the unavailability of kayaks despite your advance booking. Over the weekend, we experienced a closure of four days due to strong winds, which resulted in a backlog of bookings and rescheduled trips. This sudden influx of demand combined with the introduction of new kayaks created a challenging situation for us to manage our fleet effectively. Unfortunately, it seems that our efforts to accommodate everyone fell short during your visit. Regarding the issue of waiting in the hot weather without adequate shade, we sincerely apologize for any discomfort this caused. We have a spacious gazebo where guests can find shade, as well as a lido area with umbrellas. We are perplexed by the mention of leaving people out in the sun and will certainly address this internally to ensure our staff's awareness and responsiveness to such situations. We acknowledge that the service you received from our staff did not meet the standards we strive to uphold. Communication barriers and the disappearance of our manager during a crucial moment are indeed unacceptable lapses on our part. We take full responsibility for these shortcomings and deeply regret the frustration it caused you and other visitors. To make things right, we would like to extend a sincere offer. Please reach out to us so that we can discuss the options of either a partial refund or a complimentary new booking.
