Pickup details

Departure Point: After you have collected your luggage, the driver will meet you at the arrivals hall located outside the customer area, holding a sheet with the client's name. Directions: If you are arriving into Terminal 1, your driver will be located at the Post Office. If you are arriving into Terminal 2 your driver will be waiting at the Aena Information point located under green umbrella. If you are arriving into Terminal 4 your driver will be waiting at the Arrival Lounge (Bar Bareto Madrid).

What To Expect

Avoid the stress of finding a taxi or sharing a shuttle when you arrive in Madrid. Simply enter your details when you book, pay in advance, and then show your voucher to your driver.

Travel in a spacious car for up to three passengers, or a minivan for up to six passengers. Sit back and enjoy the ride without worrying about taxi meters or getting lost.

They would not change dates and not give me a refund. Terrible policy for something that was completely out of my control.

We were welcomed and guided to the vehicle in a friendly and relaxed way. The 20 minute drive was also inviting. Instructions said to meet in Arrivals Hall after claiming baggage. We waited half an hour. Phoned the number we were given but on hold for 20 minutes. We gave up and took a taxi to our hotel. Service not recommended. There are many waiting taxis and a meeting point for Uber.
