Reservamos una visita guiada dos personas con un coste de 35 euros por persona para recibir el servicio en castellano, no en castellano y en ingles simultaneamente al mezclarnos con otras personas de otras nacionalidades en el mismo grupo. Nada que objetar al trabajo de la guía, que hizo lo que pudo para solventar la situación con profesionalidad y que entiendo que no tiene ninguna responsabilidad. Por otro lado al reservar la visita se nos convocó en la puerta del Starbucks y la persona que nos tenía que recibir en ningún momento se identificó y tuvimos nosotros que deducir quién era.

Apreciamos su comprensión respecto al trabajo de la guía, quien hizo lo posible para gestionar la situación de manera profesional al tener la baja de uno de nuestros guías en las horas previas, era realizar el tour en bilingue que es igual, o cancelar.
