It was an interesting experience. We weren’t given instructions to not take phones until we instructed it is “forbidden” along with talking. Once taking our phones back upstairs a group of people with 6 children entered screaming, doing backflips and cause havoc. I wouldn’t have had a problem with it hadn’t we been told we were forbidden to speak but the children were incredibly loud so found that contradictory to what we as adults were told. Made the relaxation difficult. Had a 3 hour booking and stayed for 1 hour and 30 minutes due to the noise. One staff member was also quite rude. Asked for a back massage only and got a light body full body massage.

This was a very special treat after a long travel day. An excellent way to escape a busy city to relax and unwind. The pools were wonderful contrasting with the steam room and cold plunge pool. The 45 minute massage was wonderful and made the visit even better. Highly recommended.

Nice facility but they don't let you wear anything on your feet and they doin't provide any. I didn't like walking around with bear feet on wet slippery tile.

Our facilities are continuously sanitized to ensure they are fully disinfected, allowing people to walk barefoot inside. The entry of outdoor footwear can disrupt this balance, which is why we limit access with such footwear. We provide disposable latex shoe covers (free of charge) that you can request during your next visit.

Excellent pools and massage services. But it would be better if the had better signs to guide you to the men's or women's locker room and to the hamam.
They could have explained us better about the sequence of events like first you change is the locker room, then walk downstairs to hamam and staff take you to the massage and then back to hamam. Green tea was excellent but the cups were the size of the whisky shots only.

The actual place was not as pretty as depicted in the marketing photos. To a certain extent, the actual place was dreary and not at all a place to rest and relax. The massage was awful, the masseuse was inexperienced and my massage actually felt like someone just applying oil all over my body.

Tired of food, art and/or cathedrals? Nice way to end a long trip to Europe is to spend some time soaking and relaxing in the Arabian Bath Experience. Spent the final night of a 5 week long European vacay by relaxing and unwinding, sadly in preparation for a long flight back to the West Coast of the US.

Whole experience was fabulous. We did not feel rushed. or crowded The space was exceptionally clean. Staff was polite and helpful. We will do it again.
Very relaxing after you get through the unknown parts . Excellent massage ! I was surprised at how relaxed and good I felt afterwards .
We enjoyed the baths, the pools were warm and very refreshing after a full morning of sightseeing Madrid. Be sure to purchase the 30-45 min message it was very good. Get there early to take full advantage of pool times and then a good message. My issue was that the Hammam was very crowed and they had people coming and going so quickly, you really didn't have time to take your time about anything, They had you herded from one room to the next. The women's dress was jam packed with women dressing and blowing drying their hair in the dark, the room needs better lighting. But all in all, it was very good.
I booked numerous things while in Madrid. This was absolutely the best!!!!!! My wife and I wanted to go back the next day! Absolutely fantastic!!!
Totally worth it. Take two hours out of your busy sight-seeing schedule and relax in this unique experience. While it is not a private bath, your feel very secluded despite other travelers being present in the pool area. It is well organized and the operators kept our group separate from the other people with same appointment time. The spa and pool area are very clean.

We took the Arabian bath experience on the day we arrived. After a long flight, this was what we needed. We both was laying back in the hot water saying life is good. Then we went for our personal 60 min massage. They never stopped for the entire 60min. After that evening there we was ready for our trip. WOW,WOW
I didn't care that this was touristy. After an 8 hour flight, there is nothing better than a rub down and a soak. The massage therapist have caring touches, and their rhythm nestle you into slumber. The soaking pools made you think you were in a secret place-they were not crowded, my husband and I had them almost entirely to ourselves. The staff don't rush you and leave you to relaxing. I highly recommend this experience!

This was such a nice way to top off vacation. It was soothing and relaxing. There is a steam room, 3 baths of different temps and then an area to relax and sip tea. The only improvement I can make is to ensure that everyone s familiarized with the baths and how to best experience them, like go to the steam room first, followed by the rinse shower and then cold bath, etc. We were winging it for a bit until we noticed how others were proceeding and then we started over!
OK so the attempt to create an Arabian Bath experience was a little contrived, but the baths were delightful. My masseuse, Layre G. was outstanding. I would recommend.

Hammam Al Ándalus is total relaxation and calm. This is a place where you can forget the hustle bustle of a large city and lose yourself in an atmosphere of calm. Everything you need except a bathing suit is provided - towels, soap, shampoo, conditioner, combs, hair dryer, straightening iron, and more. The baths are tranquil and soothing, but the scrub and massage are divine. The staff is helpful and kind. Thank you for a perfect afternoon.
The perfect way to end a day or the trip! The site, although right in the city, is a former convent whose cistern provides the pool spaces. It is lovely and personnel went out of their way to provide excellent, personalized service.
The ultimate relaxation. Highly recommend going. Definitely worth buying the extra massage time. We would have been disappointed if we stuck with the 15 minute massage.
This popped up on a google search of recommendations of top things to do in Madrid. I normally wouldn't take time for a spa on a vacation like this but this sounded unique and after someone mentioned booking it after a long plane trip, I reserved spots for my boyfriend and I at the end of our first day in the city. It was totally worth it! So relaxing the baths were incredible and peaceful and the exfoliating scrub and massage was relaxing. It reinvigorated us for our late dinner. If you have time, do it!
Interesting experience relaxing in the different temperature pools - the steam bath was awesome although you couldn't really stay in there for very long. The massage was so-so. But the staff was nice.
Silence is the golden rules on this tour. It would have been helpful if someone guided us through the various rooms,water temperatures, sauna, tea room. As it was we had to make our own way and felt it was a wonderful experience to be bathing in such an ancient place. Scrubbing was good and the attendant helped me as she could see I was having difficulty with my back. They changing room provided shampoos, conditioner , personal products, lotions, hairdryers, and locked lockers to store belongings. A little over two hours for this delightful experience.
This was a truly magical experience from the moment I arrived. The staff was welcoming and helpful the entire time guiding me to what was on my afternoon spa experience. If you have never done anything like this, do it! If you have experienced spa or spa-like experiences in the states, this experience will set a new soulful bar to use as a comparison. The three temp pools were unique. I even did the cold one! I had the exfoliation and message combo and it was incredibly relaxing and just what I needed. I would definitely recommend this experience and will keep it on my list when I return to Madrid hopefully in the future.
Was so relaxing especially to start the day off with this treat.
