      Beto and Alex were awesome! They made sure everyone was very safe, yet still having a blast. The views and jumps are amazing. They bring you to easy/beginner jumps and more advanced if you are comfortable. We will definitely do this again when we come back to Madeira. This was the most fun we had out of all of our tours/excursions.

      Oh my gosh. Adrenaline junkie? GO!!! It was so fun, all of the activities combined into one hike. Rock climbing, cliff jumping, slack lining and snorkeling! We even got to see a turtle. Marcus and Leo were absolutely amazing and made the trip even better!

      Goed georganiseerd en veilig. Superleuke guides van het eiland, relaxed en grappig. Lieten ons leuke jumps doen. English review on Google maps Great coastering experience with my son and a nice group. The guide were excellent, proper safety briefing and on we went. Climbing, rock jumping (maxing out at 12 meters) and a bit of snorkeling around the coast of the Devil tail. Elphonso and Baitu (Cristo Redentor) were excellent, funny and reliable for the whole group with different abilities. Photos of all the action are supplied through a link later. Great company, great tour

      Brilliant experience, lots of fun climbing, jumping, diving and snorkeling. Definitely recommended! It was only 6 people in our group so it was very welcoming, especially for a solo traveller.

      Coasteering experience

      Booking and communication was good. Pick up and drop off good and punctual. Equipment provision was good for the activity and comfortable and I didn't get cold, despite the time of year. The activity was excellent from start to finish. They catered for different abilities. My partner did all the high jumps whereas I preferred to stay a bit lower. The guides were very good with me regarding my issues about heights. I hadn't thought about getting down too and back up from the activity, which was one of the scariest bits if you have s fear of heights, but they were very empathetic, patient and understanding. We had a great time and would recommend the experience. Next time we visit Madeira, usually annually we will probably do it again.

      Great Guides, But Poor Coordination and Follow-Through

      I booked a coasteering tour through Viator and paid in advance. However, the tour provider later contacted me to inform me that due to low sign-ups, they couldn’t run the coasteering tour on the scheduled day. They offered to switch me to a canyoning tour instead, which I agreed to, and I did end up having a great time. The guides were fantastic, professional, and cheering. I couldn’t ask for more. That said, I’m giving an average review due to the tour provider’s lack of coordination. After my tour was changed, the staff who contacted me via WhatsApp still seemed to think I was going to do coasteering, not canyoning, which led to some confusion. The issue continued after the tour as well. I was promised photos of the canyoning tour but never received them. When I reached out to the provider, they sent me a link to photos from a coasteering tour that, according to them, didn’t even happen on the day of my canyoning tour. Despite acknowledging their mistake and me repeatedly providing the correct information, they never sent the right photos. While the photos may not be the most important part of the experience, it’s disappointing not to have access to them, especially when others did. Overall, the poor coordination and failure to follow through left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable experience.

      Very well organized activity and very suitable for friends or family. we can choose the height of the jump we want to do, we have the choice every time. it is very nice and the guides are super nice.
