Pek Tours - Definitely a YES!

We were picked up from our hotel door exactly on time, and the day was perfect from there on out! We asked for both the jeep tour and to go inside the cave. There was some repetition, but we were glad we did both. Two very different perspectives. Before the quarry, we stopped for coffee. Very nice shop with great views. From there we went to the little town and enjoyed a very nice lunch. The winery was a little more modern and commercialized than I would have thought, but we did enjoy it. If I could customize, I might ask for more of an authentic countryside family winery. But the food and wine were good. From there we were driven back to our accommodations in Lucca. A perfect day! Relaxed exploring. Learning. Shopping. We used Pek Tours. Small operator - the owner did our tour. Definitely would recommend his services. A phenomenal day - different than all the cookie-cutter tours - and he did all the work.
