We were picked up at our hotel with a pink box of biscuits, of course!!! We proceeded to Richmond and saw everything Ted lasso!!! We had a pint at the bar, we stayed and dined at Scott’s at Rebecca’s table of course!!! Saw Taste of Athens, a little Nottingham Hill while there❤️!!! Also saw the soccer facility, the pitch and were so honored to even meet the groundskeeper hard at work!! It was the perfect day and the highlight of our time in London!!! Our guide Matt was so well versed and enthusiastic!!! We hope to go back some day!!!
This tour was very interesting and informative. I was unaware that the various sets for the show were so far apart, nor that the show relies on so much CGI! I learned that from Marc, my guide. We were not able to get in the stands at the pitch due to the reluctance of the present ownership. But, I was able to sneak a few photos. “Nate’s restaurant” was very accessible; Sam’s was not. Rebecca’s house on the Green was recognizable but we could not enter. At the alleyway, I fully expected some local to accost me, calling me a “wanker”! 😀
Fully worth the cost, I really enjoyed the experience. Marc made certain to expand my knowledge of the various areas by letting me know where various celebrities lived (or died) as we drove past.

Our tour guide Matt was beyond outstanding! We first saw Sam Obisanya’s restaurant location. (Funny enough, the real Banksy had just erected a surprise statue near there).
We then went to “Taste of Athens” in Notting Hill, and so we asked him to show some additional sights from the movie “Notting Hill” and he happily made it happen.
The highlight of the trip was an add-on, since the show wasn’t currently filming, and we were able to go to the actual location for the practice field near Heathrow airport. We even met and talked with Derek, the groundskeeper from the show! (the driver when Ted rides the back of the lawnmower).
Lastly, we headed to Richmond where we saw the outside of Rebecca’s house, the Theater which was the location of the charity players’ auction, Nate’s parents’ house, Ted’s apartment door, and of course the iconic corner of Richmond Green where the pub, bench, and phone booth are located.
Matt gave us the choice of a ride back into London, or to stay and look around. We decided to stay and have lunch at the pub (where there is a small special section of Ted Lasso pictures). The food was very good (especially the fish and chips). We all shared a “Ted and Beard Toast” there.
We also shopped at the nearby Ted Lasso store, which had exclusive Bantr team jerseys for sale on the tiny second floor.
The cab ride was a well air-conditioned and quiet hybrid London cab and he had a speaker system to make it easy to have a conversation with Matt while he was driving. We even found out he is a former semi-professional football goalie and a fan of West Ham!
Totally worth the extra money for a perfect Ted Lasso fan experience! Thanks again Matt!
We absolutely loved this tour, and Richard did an excellent job!!! He was so knowledgeable about the areas we toured. We especially liked the Richmond area. Such a hidden gem, and likely an area we would have missed if it wasn't for this tour. Would highly recommend this tour, with Richard! Thank you.
This was a great experience to do with the family. Julie was an amazing guide, went beyond from the beginning to the end of the tour, with surprise shortbread biscuits to extra stops, and longer stay in due to traffic. Very knowledgeable and kept my teenage kids engaged the whole time. Highly recommended to all Fans of the show you won’t be disappointed.
Paula was fantastic…knowledgeable about Ted Lasso and all of London. Thoughtful stops tailored to what we asked for beyond Ted. Highly recommend. Only semi-drawback (my own fault) be prepared for where Richmond is compared to your hotel location in the city. Traffic does not move fast anywhere. Regardless, Paula filled the time with great information and extra effort. Well worth the time and money
What a fun day! Michael was such a fun guide who is clearly very experienced in the art of making a guided trip feel fun and comfortable. We were extra lucky that production was near many of our sites for the upcoming filming of Season 4. We are so thankful we took the time to take this tour to Richmond!
Paula took us to all the sites of Ted Lasso. Her car was nice and clean. We had great conversations she even recommended a restaurant that was fantastic.

Tony was amazing. The tour was fantastic and our tour guide was a wealth of knowledge. We saw all the major Ted Lasso sites in Richmond in a comfortable cab. If you love Ted Lasso, I highly recommend.

If you are a Ted Lasso fan this is a must do while in London!! Our tour guide Marc was perfect, five stars all around, he was friendly, informative (without over doing it - some guides give you an information overload), showed us all of the amazing sites, didn’t rush us at all, took pictures for us and the list goes on!! I would highly recommend this tour for any Ted Lasso fan!! A little tip - booking this tour a little later in the day will ensure that everything is open by the time you get there. We unfortunately had to go super early as we were leaving London that day and the pub was not open…just gives us a reason to go back!!!
Julie, our tour guide was amazing. Start to finish. It started a day before the tour with a text introducing herself and telling us how much she was looking forward to showing us Richmond. Throughout the tour, she was very informative on all the sites and was so accommodating in taking our pictures at the various Ted Lasso filming locations. She made us feel like we were part of her family!
Our guide Matt made all the difference in the world. His knowledge and good nature enhanced what was already a fun experience. Matt made sure that we got to see the sights we wanted. The transportation was very clean and comfortable. We would recommend this tour especially if Matt was leading it.
