This Ted Lasso tour in Richmond was truly fantastic from start to finish. My guide, Richard, was incredibly knowledgeable—not just about Ted Lasso itself, but also about the rich history of Richmond, which he wove seamlessly into the tour. His storytelling made each stop engaging, informative, and genuinely fun, even for those who might not consider themselves history buffs.
Richmond itself completely stole my heart. The charm, beauty, and village feel of the area made it easy to see why it was chosen as the backdrop for the show. Walking through the streets, pubs, and landmarks felt like stepping right into the world of Ted Lasso.
As if that weren’t enough, we were treated to an unforgettable surprise bonus at the end of the tour—we actually got to see filming for the show taking place! It was the perfect ending to an already amazing experience.
Whether you’re a die-hard Ted Lasso fan or just someone who loves a great walking tour in a beautiful setting, I can’t recommend this tour—and Richard—highly enough. Absolutely worth it!

Tour was fantastic and Richard was easy to talk to and was very knowledgeable about the show, the previous and more current shooting locations. Meeting up was easy to find and connect to get things going outside Victoria station. Highly recommend!

Richard was great! He gave background information about each site and also a quick British history lesson. We concluded the tour by the “crown and anchor” so we could take photos and eat lunch. We learned a lot and enjoyed his company. Would highly recommend.

Richard was very nice and knew a lot about the show. He pointed out many of the spots where the show was filmed. He communicated in advance and that was helpful. Good amount of walking and you do take the train into Richmond, but it’s easy from Victoria Station. Richmond is a nice area with lots of shops and places to eat.

What a great experience! Our tour guide, Richard, was absolutely fantastic! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the filming locations, the show and the town of Richmond itself. (He even provided us with excellent recommendations for the area in which we were staying in London!) Not a single negative to note... except perhaps that he wasn't able to stick around for a drink with us after the tour was over! Maybe next time :) Thank you, Richard!

Great half day in Richmond!! So fun to see all the filming sites with time for a drink at the pub! Allow for time to wander after, lovely place and I wish my schedule would have allowed me time to explore on my own after.

Richard was extremely knowledgeable about both the ted lasso filming locations and the history of the area. As a guide he was very aware of the interests and needs of the group. Richard was a wonderful guide full of knowledge of the show but also shared knowledge about the history of Richmond that added a great layer to the tour. He made it personal and invited questions etc. Can’t say more about how great this was. He even met us at the station instead of us having to make our way alone to Richmond.

We had an amazing experience. The town of Richmond is gorgeous and the people are so nice and welcoming. The tour was even better than we expected! Seeing all the places where the show was filmed was special. Richard was very nice and knowledgeable. He taught us how to use the tube! We had a great day!

Richard was an excellent guide! We really enjoyed the tour and seeing some of the places where the show was filmed. The small group format for the tour worked really well as we were able to ask all the questions we had about the area. The historical context of what happened in Richmond was also really interesting and I'm excited to rewatch the show knowing some of that context now.
