Well planned overview of a few of Paris highlights. Transportation was clean and safe. Tour guide was knowledgeable and organized. We had a good time. I recommend that before you leave home, review all the sites and stops that your paid itinerary will include because some people on your tour will have chosen other options. The tour guide was very nice and informative. However the day trip could have been organized better. I realize they can't control the amount of people, but we missed some of the things we paid to do. I feel partial refund should be considered. No Notre Dame, no entry into Eiffel. Poor instructions to leave the Louve. Should be written out. Would help all involved. Would not recommend during holidays. Grateful to have gone, but didn't get what was paid for.

Don't believe one will get to visit all the sites paid for. We saw the Eiffel Tower and Louvre, but not Notre Dame, our primary choice to visit.

The tour started very early, which we knew would set to be a long day. However we did not get to go into the Notre Dame like scheduled which left us with over 3 hours of unscheduled time. The tour guide who was actually awesome (you are great Pierre!) dropped off the group at the station at 6pm and our train didn’t leave until 9:00pm. They were charging 300 euro a person to change to an earlier train back to London so we just had to wait it out. We didn’t get back to London till well after 10:30 even with the time change. Overall the tour started really well but having all that extra time and not seeing such a big portion of the tour which we paid for was such a shame and wouldn’t recommend. I’ve a ton of tours with Viator and never had issues so this was not my usual experience. It was also my birthday so a bit more disappointing. I requested a partial refund so let’s hope Viator makes it right.

No bathrooms for miles. No one cares. Other than that great day. Our guide was terrific except he couldn’t get us to a bathroom.

Really great tour of the three spots; did not have to wait in lines. The two young men were good but I would suggest some improvements:
1. Headsets would really help. Since your guides did not go in, they talked about the places while we walked. Only the few people close to them could hear.
2. The use of flags would help. Guides walked faster than most of us could and it was very congested with people. They held their hand up but a taller more obvious sign would help.
3. Waiting at the train station was a pain. No seats available and it is not comfortable there - stuffy and so many people. We had to check in 1.5 hours before on the way to London and we were at train station 2.5 hours before the train in Paris; would be nice to get an earlier train since there were other trains going back to London before ours.
4. Driver had to be told almost every time to turn on some air in the bus. Very humid and stuffy.
5. The instructions and times were conflicting. One part said meet at 5:15, one said 5:30 and another said 5:45. That early in the morning 30 minutes makes a big difference.
6. My instructions said we would be returning at 8:15 or 8:30 pm depending on where I looked. Actually, we were to return to London at 10:30 pm and that was not stated anywhere.
7. Food options not that great in train stations. No sit down places and a lot of benches with no backs. Lines were long. Initial guide told us there was a nice lounge waiting for train with food options but it really was not nice - just ok. Wish they would have told us more how it was after check in and allowed us to wait at a restaurant with seats instead of having to go to that congested waiting area 1.5 hours ahead of time.
8. Guides should tell us more about toilet options at each place and if it costs and what it costs so can be prepared.
Guides were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

There was not enough time to do all the things listed on the brochure. I would not recommend buying sovereigns at the guide’s recommended store, two store over have better prices. Everything was so rushed. We didn’t even get a chance to eat. I would not recommend this tour.

It was a very full day more for younger than seniors, lots of walking and stairs over 16 hours. But the guide we had was excellent and catered for our needs whenever he could. The facilities we visited were less accommodating for seniors.

The actual tour guides, the people who are with you, are the only thing positive about the experience. Please check independent reviews about Viator, not just these reviews. There is no customer service - they don't care if you miss an experience whether it's due to other people on the tour, or trains, or anything. You are on your own. You might as well just book the tickets yourself. They charge premium prices and the customer gets group rate experiences.

This trip needs to be refined a bit. Instructions said to be at the train station at 5:15am, we were all there but the rep from the company. When we arrived in Paris, we were met on time but narration of the ride to Notre Dame could have been a bit more interesting and informative. We did get to all destinations but were dropped off at the station at 5pm while our train back was not until 8:20pm. They could have driven us around the city some more, perhaps to see the Triumph Arc?

Great guide, small group was great. Guides, driver did great job coordinating multiple activities on busy day in Paris. My favorite was Notre Dame, Effiel Tower. Lourve was nice but very busy.

I booked this day trip for myself, my husband, and our 12 year old daughter. We received notice a few days prior that our return train to London has been canceled and we had been booked on a train leaving Paris 2 hours earlier. As such, we did not get to visit the Louve - and were very disappointed. The trip was otherwise quite pleasant. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. The bus driver was not so much.

The entire day was rushed and not was expected. Very little time was allowed for taking photos. Of course, who visits another continent and doesn't take pictures? Also, there was a stop on our tour that I was unaware of prior. The stop was a church. I would have preferred to see the Arc, not a random church.

Our guide was really great. I was disappointed that we did not get to see Notre Dame, which was not their fault. It was due to high rain the day before and we did not get to see the arc de triumph. they did not even drive-by it because of traffic and said that the tour company didn’t understand the traffic in Paris so that’s why we couldn’t go past it. I think it would’ve been nice if our Tour guide would’ve walked into the train station with us in France and showed us where everything was ….our whole group was just a little confused, but eventually found our way

Quick day trip… transport is easy and guide Carlos did a great job keeping the group together. Plenty of time at the Eiffel Tower and not so much time at the Louvre.

Everything was perfect. Our guides Lara and Carlos made sure everything went well without a hitch. Yes, you can go to the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, take a Seine boat cruise and go to the Louvre and see the Mona Lisa all in one day.

The excursion was great. The two guides were friendly and helpful. The sights and locations were wonderful. For a 'day trip' the timing was great and the experience was all that we could hope for.

I was a little disappointed in this trip. We had several people in our group who had reservations for lunch on the Eiffel Tower or had to be somewhere else at various times. Our tour guide tried to get everyone where they needed to be. It would have been easier if we were all going to the same places. We ended up missing the river cruise as there wasn’t enough time. I was told to let the company know so I could get a refund. I never heard back from them. I would like a refund or ticket for future use.

It was great getting to see Paris and this tour takes you to most all of the tourist sights. Our guide was very friendly, but we definitely felt rushed all day and really didn’t like the fact that she pushed a specific gift shop by touting it as the best place we would have to buy souvenirs all day and a great bathroom (she obviously knew the owner). There were much better gift shops and bathrooms after that one.

Our tour guides were terrific. Millie and Mariana. Everything was on time. Plenty of time to get food and take bathroom breaks. They adjusted nicely when the opening of the Eiffel Tower was delayed. We went on the River Cruise first and then to the Eiffel Tower. Everything went as planned.
