Moderate walking to the British is not the same to Americans. It was a lot of walking. Too much if you are over 60. But our guide was wonderful about it. The tower was good but again after I did all that walking I was too tired. We then walked uphill to get the tube and that station was closed. Roberto was gabulous

The tour was great and tour guide Oatrick was fantastic but we did not see the changing of the guard which is the main reason we booked this tour. The changing of guard was cancelled for the day we went and would not have been a great viewing anyway due to our location when we arrived in the area. Should have done the changing of the guard on our own. Otherwise the tour guide was attentive and very informative and especially nice since there were only four of us.

Our tour guide Patrick was absolutely fabulous. He was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, and funny. He was able to answer any question we threw at him, kept the tour at a steady pace, and was able to give us tips and recommendations for the remainder of our trip.
I do wish the tour would have been a bit cheaper, especially given that we had to take the tube to get to the Tower of London (aka: an extra cost on top of the tour.)

We had the pleasure of spending 4 hours with our tour guide Nicholas who showed us around the area. Nicholas is very knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions and made many suggestions of things to do and offered transportation suggestions.

Got there in time but no guides knew who we were supposed to be going with. We walked around and spoke to every single guide and not one had us on their list nor knew who we were meant to be with. Feels like a scam. Waste of time and money.

Unfortunately due to the heat the activities at Buckingham palace were canceled. We should have had the opportunity to cancel. Tour guide Pamela was excellent though and made the best of it.

As stated, it was a lot of walking, which we didn’t mind. Philip, the guide, was so well organized and really enabled us to see the changing of the guard so well and without unnecessary walking. He shared anything and everything we wanted or needed to know and he was pleasant, fun! We were a small group of 8 and that was terrific! As always, Viator gave us the tour we wanted with an expert, personable guide!

Even on a typical rain...clear....rain...clear...etc. day Philip led a remarkable tour. We got to see the Changing of the King's guard up close! He guided us through the London Tube perfectly even during a Tube strike to the London Tower(s!!)

There is a lot of walking in this tour but not is it worth it! What a great view of changing of the guard and our guide Mike perfectly set us up with the stories of the monarchy we needed to view the crown jewels. Highly recommend, Mike was the BEST.
With great knowledge, Phillip was our great tour guide! Telling all the history on each place we visited; knowing and keeping time and knowing each person that was part of the adventure!
Phillip was a very knowledgeable guide and easy to talk to about all the various sites. He knew exactly where to get us the best views of the flag parade. It was a great tour and we highly recommend it!

Buckingham Palace is only open to the public certain times of the year It would have been useful to know that!
It was absolutely horrible. You totally lied about the tickets when I booked it. It said it was a Buckingham Palace tour the guard and London Tower when I got there was Buckingham Palace was closed. It doesn’t even open until July and it was a walking for a complete walking tour it never said that in the description it never said Buckingham Palace was closed. It said we would go into Buckingham Palace. It showed pictures of the inside of Buckingham Palace so you’d totally ripped me off. I’m calling my bank to dispute the charges. I spent $179 each on the tickets and I’m going to dispute the charge and if you don’t give me my money back, I will file it with my attorney fault advertisement, and you lie. I went back to my voucher nowhere does it say Buckingham Palace is closed nowhere so I expect my money back but I will be calling my bank to tell them what happened You totally fully misrepresented the package

However, we would like to clarify an important point regarding Buckingham Palace access. Buckingham Palace is not open to the public for interior visits for most of the year and only offers limited seasonal opening periods during the summer months. Your tour did not include interior entry tickets to Buckingham Palace.
The experience booked was a guided London highlights and Royal Westminster experience, including exterior viewing and historical presentation of Buckingham Palace, alongside the other sites included on the itinerary. At no point were interior admission tickets to Buckingham Palace included within your booking.
We understand that images used in tourism marketing can sometimes lead to assumptions about access; however, Buckingham Palace interior visits are only available during specific seasonal openings and are sold as separate ticketed experiences.
We do respectfully disagree with the suggestion that the experience was intentionally misrepresented. The tour operated as described, and the inclusions provided matched the booked experience.
That said, we genuinely regret that the experience did not meet your expectations, as guest satisfaction is extremely important to us.

Mike was a fabulous guide. It’s a very long tour with lots and lots of walking. So if you can’t go for four hours walking, this is not the tour for you.
