What a great day we had visiting Buckingham Palace, saw the parade and then went to the Tower of London. Our tour guide was Mike and we could have spent all day with him. So welcoming and knowledgeable. We lucked out and had a small group; only 4 people. We have 3 more tours booked with Viator and hope they are as good as Mike.

This is a walking tour so I’d recommend comfortable shoes for sure. Mind the weather and you’ll be just fine. Pamela was our tour guide and she was the absolute BEST! She helped us to see some behind the scene things too just because of her experience in knowing the right place to be at the right time! Fantastic tour!

Mike was the best guide! Patient, informative and friendly. You can tell how much he loves his job and interacting with people. This tour is a great way to get a lot in over a short period of time. Long enough but not so long you’ll get bored. My teen tolerated it well and had fun.

Our guide, Mike, was great. He walked us to all the tourist spots and gave our group excellent information. My “complaint” is the price. This tour is listed price starting in the $120.00’, once you book, goes into the $170.00’s. Quite overpriced for a walking tour that didn’t even include the price of tickets for the underground.

Anna was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was disappointed that we did not see any event at Buckingham Palace as listed on the itinerary. We only got as close as across the street from the Buckingham gates. The tower or London tour is self guided and at your own pace. It’s an expensive tour to not include the changing of the guards experience.

Me and my sister had a terrible experience, from the customer service to the guide, the confusion of where to meet and then pinning it on the tourists made us miss the Buckingham palace part of the tour, after relentless efforts from my sister they gave us tickets for the jewels tour in all of this the tour guide didn’t want to meet us when we were right across the road at Buckingham palace. I wouldn’t recommend Viator, we booked with them for 3 days and 1 day it got cancelled, 2nd day we were on our own and third one was the Buckingham palace which was really poor experience

Horrible horrible experience. I was at the meeting point and the guide never showed. They said I was a no show. Avoid this tour at all costs. They refused to help me.

There is a lot of walking over cobbled streets so wear comfortable, supportive shoes. Bring a water bottle too. Phillip our guide was very knowledgeable and provided bits of detailed info , interjecting humor now and again.
