The National Gallery tour was very informative and enjoyable, but the highlight of this experience was the tea at Ochre. It was a beautiful environment, the service was excellent, the food outstanding. It was very relaxing. I have been to other teas in London and they did not compare to this one.

Communication between Viator and the operator is nonexistent. The museum tour was wonderful but there was no booking at the restaurant for the afternoon tea. I showed the restaurant manager my ticket and receipt that clearly included the tea. However, he said that Viator had sent no payment nor was there a booking for us. We were so disappointed. I would like to request a refund.

Tour operator did not show up. Tried tenting the operator but no response. I will be asking for a refund when I get back from vacation.

Loved having a most interesting knowledgeable guide taking us through the highlights of the national gallery. This made navigating through the museum easy and pleasant .
The high tea at ochre was spectacular and the setting was perfect
