Short, rushed experience with little direction. Many of the photos that were sent as the finished products had somebody’s eyes shut in them if more pictures have been taken more options would be available.

Mehr was my photographer in September 2023 and was willing to take different photos and poses with me. We stayed around Buckingham Palace and the river Thames per my request, and these were of course popular locations, though she tried to find lesser used spots for the photos. It was a good experience and great value. I wouldn’t use it solely for all photos, but I thought it was handy to have a fellow photographer rather than my tripod to focus.

I highly recommend this experience. It is definitely something worth taking a venture into especially if you are a solo traveler.
The only reason I provided three stars instead of five is because the original agreed-upon time was not kept.
I showed up and waited for my photographer for over an hour before I gave up and left. However, I did reach out numerous times and after several attempts, the company did make it right by rescheduling. I do want to add if I had another engagement I would’ve had to cancel however I was able to show up for the rescheduling and Dana did a magnificent job with my photos.

Overall a good experience. We had Mano as our photographer and he was very nice. We really enjoyed him and what I am about to say is a reflection of the tour operator and not him personally. The photographer contacted us prior to the shoot to introduce himself and kept in touch the morning of, however, we did not get to see images of his work prior to the shoot. I was very disheartened to learn (day of) that I was not able to preview and select my 25 images. I only like about 5 images out of the 25 and no individual shots that were taken, were included in the deck of 25, which was sad. The 5 I do like are of good quality and I am thankful for that, however, I’ve done these shoots all over the world, and this was my first experience where I’ve not been allowed to select the 25 images I am purchasing. Our friend flew us to London for a well deserved break and we splurged for this opportunity to take Christmas card pictures and unfortunately, only a handful were flattering. I know there are more images out there, as he did show us great shots on the camera, but I can only see/acquire those if I pay additionally for the full deck and that does not feel like a fair practice. We all view ourselves differently than the photographer, and the customer should be able to select the images they feel most beautiful, not vice versa. This was a lot of money for only a handful of images. Also, I do wish we would have discussed weather prior, as the photographer called and rescheduled our shoot the morning of due to weather and that threw our weekend plans off. A 24 hour weather call policy should be in place in order for guests to better plan their day. I know the weather can change but even calling the night prior would have been a huge benefit. This would have been a 5 Star experience if a better weather plan was in place and if I could have selected my 25 images. I would HIGHLY suggest the tour operator place a disclaimer letting guests know they are unable to select their 25 paid images, prior to booking.

I was thankfully paired with Mehr for my photography session and she was amazing to work with! She reached out to me a few days in advance and shared her portfolio showcasing her work. She has great communication skills and is very easy to work with. As we progressed through the photo session, she made sure to show me the photographs she had taken and asked if I would like to retake anything. I loved every single photo she had taken. I told her that I don't like having my photos taken so I was pretty much clueless about poses so she made sure to make suggestions along the way ensuring my photos came out beautiful. Her photographs were amazing! I have received so many compliments on them since they have been posted. I would highly recommend Mehr Farahani to anyone. Not to mention that I would book her again next time :)

We did a photoshoot with Mehr and it was delightful! She took us to all the best places for a great shot and was fantastic with our three children (it's not easy to get them all looking at the camera and smiling). We really enjoyed our time and the photos are beautiful. Our Christmas card is ready and we are ordering several enlargements for our home. I've never booked a vacation photoshoot before but after this experience I would 100% do it again.
One suggestion - wish the platform would let the customer choose which photos are included in the bundle, but we ended up with so many great shots it worked out.

We had a great experience. Mehr was FABULOUS and personable. She cared about what we really wanted and truly listened - and delivered! Far exceeded our expectations and I would book with her again in a heartbeat. There was a snag while we were here because of the Underground strikes, and Mehr kept in real-time touch with us to make sure the timing would work out.
