Enjoyable solo tour

I recently joined the Crime and Police Walking Tour in London with two family members, and we all had a fantastic experience. Our guide, Francis, was punctual, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. The tour was very well-organised and ran smoothly from start to finish. The pace was just right, giving us plenty of time to take everything in without ever feeling rushed. Along the way, we learned fascinating facts about London’s history, crime, and policing, many of which were completely new to us. Fantastic insights - a must for interested visitor

Such an interesting tour, so many valuable information. Francis, the tour guide is a former policeman and tells you so many things you would not get to know from anyone else. Enjoyable and informative

Francis was very knowledgeable and shared both larger historical stories as well as stories from his own experiences regarding the history of crime in London. He also answered a lot of questions. The walk was very manageable. This was something my daughter wanted to do more than I did but I thoroughly enjoyed it too and glad we went it. I learned a bit more about London and would recommend this walk to others.

The tour guide was full of information and took time to explain the details. We moved at a good pace suitable for the hot weather and the guide made sure that we stayed out of the hot sun (London was in a heatwave at the time!). What a great way to get a lay of the land and learn some cool tidbits! Here’s why I chose Francis and his tour: you can’t know what this man knows without talking to him..he has so many stories about the crime history, Sherlock Holmes and the seedier side of London! His tour ends very near to everything else everyone else sees, so we finished and strolled to Big Ben, Westminster Abbey, Buckingham Palace, Trafalgar Square. You can’t beat the combination of the inside scoop and seeing the rest for free! Thanks Francis!!
