Poor Communication

Viator did not advise us of change to start time, so we missed half the show, no food & what looked to be fun & great entertainment we were disappointed to arrive late & embarrassed to be seated half way thru an act!! The performers were very good about it; but they said the time had changed weeks ago & we should have been advised - we were not!!

Good experience, excellent entertainers! 4of 5 stars as whilst the booking process was easy enough I had to do a bit of leg work emailing viator customer services to find out what time the show started, could’ve been 4 or 7pm as it doesn’t show on your tickets! Thankfully viator customer services were quick to respond and confirmed time with the club!

I was not able to see the show. When I went there the night of the show there was a private event and my ticket was canceled. Neither Viator or direct communication from seller was done. So I lost that night because it was too late to plan another show or activity. Still waiting for event refund. I was offered a free show day after but I already had plans for another show.
