Private Address Pick-Up: Please wait outside the main entrance of the property at the scheduled pick-up time. If your hotel is not listed during the booking process, please inform us at the time of booking or send us an email after your reservation is confirmed, and we will arrange your pick-up accordingly. If you do not yet have your pick-up details at the time of booking, please provide them at least 12 hours before the tour start time, or as soon as they become available. You will be sent separate Vouchers for One day London Pass, 24 Hours before your tour starts.
