The day should have started earlier since we were forced to visit both sights very rapidly. Believed the English speakers were added to a group originally meant for Spanish speakers.

This is a horrible experience. I was pregnant and vomitted in the morning and we were 10 minutes late. We texted to let them know we were on the way and even offered to grab to the next location to catch up with the tour. They left and when we tried to ask for at least a refund. They just rejected it without getting in contact. Never book with these people ever again. Horrible experience. Until now no one has contacted us about anything.

What a horrific experience this tour was and I plan on trying to get a refund. This was way too much to do in one day. The traffic in and out of London was horrendous. It wasn’t any better between Cambridge and Oxford. We were gone 11 HOURS and had 70 minutes in Cambridge and 50 minutes in Oxford. The rest of the time was ON THE BUS THAT FAILED TO HAVE WIRELESS AND CHARGERS THAT WORKED AS ADVERTISED. our tour guide Eileen was pleasant and fun yet spent most of the time talking in Chinese to the 7 Chinese on our tour. Out of around 18 people. She tried her best but unfortunately she was set up to fail because the Company Shoved this itinerary into one day. Shame on them and would never recommend this trip or this company to anyone. We had to literally run through both places while our guide was jogging pointing out important sites with both hands never once looking back at us to see if we could have been run over in the streets. WE HAD NO TIME for lunch and I have low blood sugar. I’d give it zero stars if I could. The advertisement for this tour was a walking tour. Ours was a jogging tour. I’m not joking! Moderately physical? We had an older woman who was very upset as she couldn’t keep up. 2 hours at Cambridge turned into 70 minutes. Oxford even way less. This was a complete rip off of over $260! Five hours and 15 minutes of tour time was 2 HOURS TOTAL! I think we should all get refunds!

Although the tour guide was knowledgeable, we felt rushed on the tour. We felt especially rushed in Cambridge. We barely had time to use the restroom and no time to eat let alone shop. And it was the same in Oxford. I don't feel it was the guide's fault. She did her best with the time allotted her. I recommend if you really want to see these two cities that they should be two separate tours.

Our guide Cameron and driver Amarjit were great! It was a LONG bus ride — 6 hours in total — but if you need to see both Oxford and Cambridge in 1 day, this is the way to do it. Plus Christ Church simply can’t be missed, and the last time I went to Oxford on another tour, they didn’t give us the option to enter!

My wife and I absolutely loved our tour of Cambridge and Oxford with our guide, Eileen, and our driver, Bill. We would recommend their tour to anyone looking to see the highlights of each city while learning a great deal.
We were impressed at Eileen’s wealth of knowledge she shared throughout the trip! It would not have been the same touring the colleges and churches of both cities without her enlightening us all. She truly has a cheerful spirit.
Bill never failed to make us feel safe and sound as he navigated traffic in and out of London. It was a smooth ride throughout the day. He worked around several traffic encounters to get us to our destination and back on time!
Lastly, the bus was clean, has usb chargers overhead, and everything functioned as advertised.

We loved this tour with our driver Billy and guide Jeremy. He was knowledgeable and both were very caring about all in the tour group. What we saw was what we wanted to see, and got a taste of Cambridge U and Oxford U, visiting the most famous spots, and definitely want to go back for a longer time. It was very hot on the day we went, and were exhausted from the heat and walking, but we would not have missed this tour for anything. I will try to book tours with this company, Evan Evans, again.

What impressed me the most was the attention to safety and concern for the well-being of the whole group, whether it be seatbelts or listening level on our audio headset.
The ability of the driver to conduct our bus through dense holiday traffic, and allow us to still make our destinations in time and to familiarize ourselves with each location That took skill and caring. The driver was Winston and our Guide was Eileen .Eileen was knowledgeable and fun- filling our 10 hour tour with fascinating anecdotes was amazing filling our mind with great info about London about Cambridge about Oxford about the various colleges university, the universities, each town.

As an educator, I looked forward to getting to see Cambridge and Oxford in person. We went to Oxford first...walked around the "town" and between some of the buildings...the guide had little to offer and left us to an hour and fifteen minutes free time to meet back at the bus. That was it. Then two hours drive on to Oxford...NOTHING THERE...we went to visit the Christopher Wren tower...then to an ancient church...and meet back at the bus again in 90 minutes NOTHING was touched on about Oxford College...NOTHING...it wasn't even shown on the handout map...then we had another two hours back to London. I'd suggest anyone who is interested in the colleges to do an independent private tour if you want to see anything of the colleges at all.

Our tour was cancelled late the night/early morning before it was scheduled, due to a lack of people. I didn't check my email in the morning before going (we didn't think it could be cancelled so late), so didn't find out until we arrived at Victoria Coach Station and asked a worker why the tour wasn't listed at any of the allotted gates! So, after clarifying that we would indeed receive a full refund, we decided to just hop on the Oxford Tube and spend the day there (foregoing Cambridge). That worked out well for far less money.
If the company had given warnings a week or two beforehand that the tour was at risk of being cancelled due to low enrollment, it would've saved us a lot of hassle. We would've perhaps been able to plan better and get tickets into Christ Church (it was sold out by the time we were told the tour was cancelled). In any case, my advice is avoid this tour altogether!

Bravo to Shasta, our tour guide for her outstanding knowledge of the areas we visited, her friendly and always positive attitude very refreshing. She made the trip a memorable experience from start to finish for our family. This tour is a must for everyone visiting London, strongly recommended!!
