We had a great time for our first 'english afternoon tea'! The food was delicious and the tea was tasty, we must have tried 6 or 8 different ones between us. The added champagne was nice but probably not worth the prices. The staff was attentive and very professional.

My daughter and I absolutely loved having tea at the Milestone. Service was excellent and the food and champagne were delightful. It was exactly what we hoped a high tea would be - hotel is lovely and located right across from the beautiful garden gate of Kensington Palace. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The High Tea was amazing - probably the best I’ve experienced. Round chicken sandwiches coated in almonds were next level and two of the desserts were out of this world. Grant who served us was great. But the cost of a bottle of water at £10.85 left a sour taste in my mouth. If I’d known they were going to charge us for the water I would have taken the bottle for a souvenir 🤣🤣🤣

The staff, food and ambiance was fabulous. They were able to accommodate my wife’s gluten free request without issue even though they recommend advance notice for quicker and guaranteed service. While I don’t need to be gluten free, I usually am and can honestly say that I didn’t feel like I missed out on anything! Well done!

Very nice experience, very courteous and kind staff. The younger girls were offered hot chocolate instead of tea which we really appreciated. The selection of teas is not very large but in my opinion sufficient for a pleasant afternoon tea. A selection of sandwiches and desserts are offered but in my opinion the highlight are the scones which are really very good, perhaps I would have appreciated being able to choose from more jams. The room is very beautiful and makes for an immersive experience.

Due to traffic restrictions because of a protest we were a bit late, but they were very kind and accommodating, and the experienced did not disappoint. The tea sandwiches were delicious as well as the scones and treats. We were not able to eat at all so they packed it up and we took it with us. Everybody was exceptional and the milestone is beautiful.

The Milestone does a lovely Afternoon tea, among the best we’ve had in all our years coming/living in London. The setting, staff, tea selection and food were excellent.
There was one notable unpleasant note created by Viator exclusively. Out of the blue, half way through tea, both the Milestone and I received notification that our tea was canceled. It was a mistake on Viator’s part when in fact I had successfully canceled a previous tea reservation at the Milestone which had been inexplicably booked for a nonexistent time slot. I had then rebooked and received confirmation for our preferred time. Viator seems to have remained confused.
In summation, we were impressed by the Milestone and not at all by Viator.

The atmosphere and service was impeccable. This was a birthday present for my cousin and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We loved the presentation of sandwiches, desserts, and tea. The staff were friendly and brought our scones after we finished our sandwiches so we could enjoy them while they were warm. Overall, I would recommend this activity to anyone looking to spend an easy and quality afternoon with whomever they invite.

We experienced this afternoon tea in December 2022. The hotel is gorgeously decorated and conveniently located. We arrived early and had a drink at the bar. The staff was very friendly. The tea service was wonderful, but honestly way too much food. Because of the way the booking was set up, I booked two 2 person tea services for my party of 5. When we arrived, we told them our situation and they were able to seat us together. We were served 2 of the tea trays and there was no way we could have finished one full tray between the 5 of us. So it felt like a waste, but it was such an amazing experience.
