Through this course we will introduce you to the world of homemade pasta by trying different first courses of traditional Italian cuisine.

We booked this experience in Lazise while we were in Verona based on previous reviews. The class was lots of fun and very educational! Sylvia did a wonderful job explaining how to make various types of pasta! We really enjoyed this experience and highly recommend!!

The instructors were great! Very easy and fun class to attend, plenty of wine and various pasta types were made by hand and eaten! I am encouraged to test out these newly learned skills back at home and would highly recommend this class to anyone visiting Lake Garda!

Wow, this class was soooo much fun and such a great value. Not only do you get to make 2 different pastas- you also get to eat them. Come hungry as we had leftovers and got 2 meals out of it. Ivan and Silvia were very knowledgable and delightful. They are generous with the wines (local) and made everyone feel accomplished with their skills as pasta makers. I would do this class again in a heartbeat if ever in the area!

Our hosts were fantastic! The class was fun, inspiring and ended with a delicious meal. During the class they gave 1 on 1 time to answer questions and help us to make our fresh pasta. I would definitely go back again.

I recently took this pasta-making class and it was such a fun, hands-on experience. The instructor was warm, knowledgeable, and made the process approachable even for beginners. We learned how to make fresh dough from scratch, roll it out properly, and shape a few different types of pasta. Everything was broken down step by step, with plenty of tips to make it easy to replicate at home. I loved that the class struck the perfect balance between informative and relaxed—there was laughter, flour everywhere, and a real sense of accomplishment by the end. The best part, of course, was enjoying the pasta together. Highly recommend this class for anyone who loves Italian food or just wants a memorable activity.

This place felt very authentic with the husband and wife pay running the cooking class. I loved how simple the recipes were yet they tasted so divine. The classes inspired us to cook more as a family, and it was a great family experience.

We absolutely loved the cooking class! Our group’s ages ranged from 15-50 and everyone had a blast! The hosts were fantastic and we enjoyed getting to know the other students as well. One of the highlights of our Lake Garda trip for sure. And it was the best pasta of our trip!

I booked this experience as a fun little class that my friends could go on our vacation but it turned out to be the highlight of the entire trip, the brothers were fantastic at teaching us the way to make pasta and went into details about how and why some techniques are used. I thouroghly enjoyed my time and so did my friends, and it’s delightful to get a diploma after our wonderful pasta that was paired with a lovely tomato souce and pesto souce. And to taste your own creation is something else. We learned how to make spaghetti and macaroni but it depends on what class you are going to so you might not get excacally what we had but a wonderous experience non the less. If I’m ever back in Garda, then you’ll know where I’ll be, because this is wonderful.
