My tour was scheduled for 10:30am. They called me at 9:45am and asked me change it to 10am. I said I don’t have time to change last minute. Then I showed up at 10:30am at the designated meeting point and they said the 10:30am boat was gone. Then after a lot of confusion and phone calls, they had us run to another location and get on a boat that was shorter in length that advertised.

Good afternoon, thank you for your review, but we would like to clarify a few things. Two days in advance, we sent you an email asking if you could arrive 30 minutes earlier. On the day of the tour, we also called you to ask the same. In the tour description, it is stated that you should arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before departure—this is to allow time to board the boat and depart at the time stated on your ticket. You arrived exactly at 10:30 AM, which is the scheduled departure time. However, your boat did not leave without you, as this was a private tour and the captain waited for you.
