Great afternoon out, very relaxed atmosphere with a few other guests, they don’t ram as many as possible on the yacht so not over crowded like some other boats seem to be. Would book again.

We had a reservation for 4 people for a 10 am sailing trip on Tuesday June 3rd from Lagos, Portugal. Our contact on the ticket was Joao Ramiro. We were met by the captain who we asked if he was Joao and he said yes. When we arrived there were strong winds of 20-30 mph. The captain ( who we thought was Joao) told us we couldn’t go out under sail and would have to motor. We were also told it was too windy to stop and swim and go to beach as planned. Upon learning this issue, all 4 of us us asked the captain if we could reschedule for later in the week when it was calmer sailing. He called his boss and confirmed to us that we could reschedule for 2 days later, Thursday June 5th at 10 am. We showed up at the rescheduled time but there was no one there. We then found the contact number for Joao on the Viator ticket and called him. He told us he was Joao, the owner. He said our captain was not Joao, but another person who worked for him named Diago. Joao said Diago never called him to request the change of date and that we were lying about the call. This was in spite of 4 of us witnessing the call and confirmation of new date. We then asked for a refund and he refused. I then called Viator to ask them to help us get a refund. They also said they couldn’t help with the refund. I will never use Viator again as they clearly don’t have strong relations with their service providers to ensure quality. We are angry and frustrated as we paid $100 for each of our tickets and now $400 is lost due to poor service.

My friends and I had the best time on this tour! The guys were super friendly and accommodating. The whole 3 hours were super chill and relaxing with great music. We purchased some wine on board but didn’t realise you can bring your own food and drink, so highly recommend that if you book!

We are a group from Cork Harbour Ireland. Ages 50s 18, 18, 20. 2 of us experienced sailors. Joao and Ricardo were our Captain and Skipper. Amazing time!! They guys are excellent experienced sailors on a gorgeous yacht. We had so much fun . If you want relaxed easy going sailing and lots of laughs then this is the trip for you. It was such fun and we got to meet other people the guys knew on the water. FUN FUN FUN. and very very safe. They know what they are doing. We even got the full sails up on our return. We loved every second. Will definately book again!!!!

Don't waste your time or money

This trip was underwhelming and fell far short of my expectations. For the price of the tour I was expecting 3 hours of sailing. Instead, we motored out of the Marina, put up the main sail, and continued motoring around the point for another 20 minutes. We then dropped anchor for an hour and a half. During this time the crew sun bathed while passangers were allowed to swim and paddle board. Afterward we raised anchor and went back to the Marina. We had to wait in a queue for 25 minutes until the draw bridge was raised to allow the mast to clear. You can get a similar and less expensive experience by going to a beach; in fact this would be better because you can leave the beach whenever you want. I found the crew (two twenty-something-years-old young men) unengaged and lacking any sense of customer service. They didn't explain the itinerary or any amenities of the boat. The boat itself was nothing special and was not overly comfortable. It's name was "Epic" but this trip was anything but that. The only part that gave me any pleasure was the beauty of the coast.

We had such a fantastic time! There were 11 people on the sailboat and you would not have known it! We had a blast just lazing up the coast and then stopped for about an hour to play in the water. It was a great time! We even had enough of breeze to lift the sails. We will be booking again! This would even be a great tour for grandparents because the ride is so smooth. Do not hesitate to book this trip!

Mit dem Segeltörn entlang der beeindruckenden Küste konnten wir einen Eindruck vom Segeln bekommen. Das Boot ist schön zum Entspannen. Das Standup-Paddeln zur Grotte war spaßig. Wir hatten einige wundervolle Stunden mit João, der immer ansprechbar war und sich um unser Wohl sorgte. Snacks und Getränke haben wir selbst mitgebracht. Wir können die Tour weiterempfehlen.
