- VISIT: Auschwitz-Birkenau Museum is visited by thousands of people every day. Keeping your own pace of sightseeing may not be possible. It is mandatory to behave appropriately. The dress code is casual but it requires respect for the place. It is forbidden to eat, smoke or act in a loud manner at the museum sights.
- PICKUP: The tour departs from several meeting points. Please make sure to send us your preferred pickup point or your accommodation place. Exact pickup time will be sent the day before, after 5 pm via WhatsApp
- CHILDREN: It is not recommended to visit this museum with children below 13 years. However, it is the parent's personal decision, the tour for children below 13 years may be done without a headset and receiver. Tickets for children (3-11) include entrance tickets without the receivers and headphones in Auschwitz. If you want your child to visit with a headset please book "Youth tickets"
- PICTURES: It is allowed to take pictures in museums, except few indicated exceptions. It is forbidden to take photos with the use of flash.
- DEPARTURE: It's highly recommended to reserve a whole day for the tour as the start time may change following the rules of Auschwitz.
- WEATHER: Please wear weather-appropriate and respectful clothing, as this is a memorial site. Entry waits can be long, so bring warm layers, rain gear, or sun protection if needed. The museum determines the pace and length of the tour.
- DOCUMENTS Regarding the Terms of Use at the Auschwitz & Birkenau Museum, it is mandatory to provide the full names of all participants of the tour. It is necessary to take with you any document with a picture for the tour which may be checked at the entrance to the museum. Otherwise, you may not be allowed to enter the museum.
- BAG LIMITATIONS: Please note that the maximum size of bags and backpacks allowed on the museum grounds is 30 x 20 x 10 centimetres (roughly 12 x 8 x 4 inches). You can always leave your belongings inside the vehicle, or in the luggage store in Auschwitz.
- LUNCH: Lunch is not included but you can order a lunchbox separately for 30zł which will be delivered to you during the tour. To place an order you may send us an email no later than 7:00 pm the day before. Please note that there is not enough time for a regular lunch between visits to Auschwitz I and Birkenau. Ordering a lunchbox or bringing your snacks is highly recommended. On the spot, there are only a few places to buy food and drinks, however in high season, there may not be enough time to stay in long queues.
- STUDENT: Youth tickets discount is only with a valid student ID card, on the day of the tour. Please ensure to take your student ID card with you, otherwise, you will need to pay an extra fee for an adult ticket
- GROUP: The maximum number of people in a group with a guide is 30, meanwhile, in the vehicle, there may be two groups together.

Sadly the vast groups of people visiting hindered movement around the buildings causing headset range to loose audio with the guide when changing areas /rooms.

We had to be at the pick-up location at 3:30am in order to get to Auschwitz in time to get a ticket and secure a guide. We arrived at 5:45am, got to go into the W/C and cafe at 6:30am, got our ticket at 9:30am for a 11:30am tour slot. Apparently the museum controls the tickets and guides, and the tour companies book as many as they can, but have to arrive at the museum so early in order to get in line to secure their customers tickets and entry. Many people turned away and not guaranteed a spot. It could and should be run differently and more efficiently. The tour company should have someone stand in line for all guests. Very unorganized, otherwise I would have given a 5-star. Auschwitz is a must while visiting Krakow, just be prepared to wait or pay a very high price to be guaranteed entry.

The coach collected us from the agreed area, although unsure initially which bus we were on, the tour guide made sure he located us and others so no issues. The journey was comfortable and the tour guide Jacob and Phillip looked after us well. The tour was very informative and it was good to do both camps as it helped tell the whole harrowing history. My only negative is that using a link to buy lunch boxes from the WhatsApp from the operator we appear to have been scammed as no lunches were sent to the coach and the money has been taken from my account. This appears to be from a different organisation than the tour operator. As many different companies are involved in the trip it is confusing who to contact but no response from anyone I’ve emailed so far. The tour operators were very apologetic and tried to help on the day. The tour and coach journey was excellent though. We entered to museums with no wait as fast tracked through with the guide.

This trip was awful from the start. Had to wake up at 2 am for a 3am pickup. I wasn’t mad about the pickup as it is stated in the notes that it is possible to be picked up at this time. We drove to Auschwitz, where, after we were let off the bus, had to wait outside in below freezing temperatures for five hours for admission into the museum. During this wait, I saw the tour operator twice, once being when he “assisted” with buying tickets (he just handed the ticket office our ids and then the ticket fee), and the other time when I asked him for a place for my girlfriend to sit in the warmth, to which he responded by berating me in front of the rest of my tour group. They claim that the wait is “a chance to relax before the tour begins, and you won't be alone. Our friendly team and guide will be with you the whole time, making sure you feel comfortable and well taken care of until your unforgettable journey through history begins” which is untrue (although it may be for the operators as they were no where to be found while we waited in the cold. I had to wait in the snow and cold wind for five hours, and some members of the tour actually left the line to take the train back to krakow to get out of the poor situation the tour put us in. Instead of spending 100 plus dollars per person on this trip, you would be better off taking the train to the city from krakow and waiting in line yourself for a fraction of the price. Do not book this trip!

Told them that wasnt acceptable and was unrealist.

One star. After a first failed booking (no guide, no signage, no working phone number), we rebooked another Auschwitz tour through Viator for the next day. This second experience was even worse. The tour was twice the price, but we took it because we had only one chance left to visit.
We booked the clearly advertised 5–7 a.m. pickup window, choosing it specifically because we had an afternoon flight. The operator’s page said the exact pickup time would be sent after 5 p.m. the day before. No one contacted us. When I reached out myself, they suddenly told me the pickup had been changed to 10:55 a.m.—four hours later than what we booked and completely incompatible with our schedule. When I explained that this was impossible and asked them to honor the original time or place us on another early tour, they said they couldn’t help and then stopped responding entirely.
When we contacted Viator, the operator falsely claimed they had tried to reach me and refused a refund because it was “within 24 hours.” This was untrue. I had called them multiple times and had WhatsApp messages clearly showing they changed the pickup time at the last minute. Only after providing screenshots did Viator issue the refund.
Because of this disorganization, last-minute schedule changes, lack of communication, and the operator’s attempt to avoid refunding by giving false information, we never got to visit Auschwitz at all. An extremely unreliable and frustrating experience.

The tour was organised and guide/driver good, but we had a polish tour guide and a translator who was translating into English rather than an English tour guide.By having this it seemed to take away any emotion of the day as he was concentrating on translating correctly .Another problem was the fact we were left stood in the rain for 20 mins whilst the couch took part of the group over to the Berkenau , the second part of the tour, and when it came back for us it was too dark to see anything at all which really disappointed us ,we also couldn’t hear the translator without a microphone and it was raining and cold. We ended up going back to the coach early as it seemed pointless .
Suggest that in the autumn/ winter months try for an early tour so you see Berkenau in daylight .

Be extremely careful when booking. I spoke to an advisor on this website through the chat as I wanted to ensure that I had the exact time I needed which was 1pm. The advisor confirm that I had a 1pm time slot. The day before my flight I received a message saying that I was going to be picked up at 5:30am from krakow. I was very confused as I was not arriving in Poland until 10:30am. I contacted the organiser immediately. They explained to me that there is no option for a 1pm ticket and there are no refunds despite having been spoke through the process prior to purchasing. I advise to use the actual website instead of external providers. A similar thing happened to someone I know for this tour. Communication between the organisers and this website is poor. Don’t waste your money

The operator cancelled the everything two days before we were due to go to Auschwitz. This was the main reason we had booked our trip to Krakow. By the time they informed us (we had booked months in advance), no tickets were available to purchase online as they had all sold out. Do not book through this tour provider. They cancelled on us less than 12 hours before the tour. Leaving us with no other bookable alternatives at short notice, ruining the day. They then didn't contact viator in regards to a refund as they said, so I had to contact them myself. Awful experience.

The tour guide Daniel was very good and pick up was on time. Just wish the pick up was a little earlier, we got picked up at 12:35 and got to the tour at 1500 and was all a little rushed due to traffic making us late.
Overall experience was very good, your guides very informative and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience, however leaving a little earlier to allow time for toilet breaks and a little more time would have been useful, however the traffic made us late not anyones fault.

A truly sobering experience. A must see to remember those lost and to serve as a reminder of the atrocities committed upon fellow human beings, lest we forget history and are doomed to repeat it. It was terrifying to learn just how efficient the Nazi's were at extermination. Both Auschwitz and Birkenau are quite large and there is so much to see at both. Lots and lots of walking, with zero accommodations for any mobility issues. Also, no place to sit and rest while traversing these sites, nor shade or covering. Take this into consideration when booking. It sprinkled/rained the entire day when we visited. The weather fit the mood. I imagine it must be terribly hot on summer days. I think every human should visit these sites, so highly recommend. Our driver Daniel was terrific, very kind and accommodating. We chose the non-guided tour to allow us to go at our own pace. My observation is that the guided tours move fairly quickly, consider this if there are mobility issues or if there would be difficulty keeping up.

The tour guide was very knowledgeable & answered any questions,the pick up point was easy to find & the mini bus was on time.
Very good value for money.
The overall experience cannot be put into words but feel it's somewhere everyone should visit if they can.
The breaks could have been longer as the queues for the toilets was long.
Make sure you wear comfy footwear & take your own drinks & snacks.

extreme dissatisfaction with the tour services provided by your agency during our recent trip to Krakow. We booked two tours with your agency for the Saturday and Sunday of our weekend stay, specifically scheduling them for the afternoon to accommodate the needs of two individuals with certain conditions who were unable to participate in early morning activities or multiple tours in one day.
Unfortunately, upon our arrival on Friday afternoon, we received an email notification stating that the tour scheduled for Saturday afternoon had been cancelled due to reasons beyond your control. This cancellation significantly disrupted our plans, as we were unable to rearrange our schedule with yourselves.
Despite contacting your agency and explaining our situation, we were met with inflexibility and offered only a full refund as an option. This forced us to hastily arrange alternative plans for Sunday morning as this was the only tour time left available for that weekend, we requested that we do the salt mines on the Saturday afternoon instead of the Sunday which was also declined by yourselves which resulted in one member of our party being unable to participate. Furthermore, by the time the Sunday morning activity concluded, it was logistically impossible for us to make it to the second tour scheduled for that afternoon, as it would have been too strenuous for our group to undertake two tours in one day and to get there on time.
When we inquired about the possibility of rescheduling the Sunday afternoon to a different day to mitigate the impact of the cancelled Saturday tour, but we were flatly denied this option by your staff.
To compound our frustration, we later discovered that other individuals on our original tour had their trips rescheduled to the following morning without any issue, whereas we were not offered this option. Consequently, we were forced to incur additional expenses by booking alternative activities for the weekend and ultimately missed out on the second tour we had originally planned and paid for.
This experience has left us deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the level of service provided by your agency. Not only were we inconvenienced by the cancellation of the Saturday tour, but we also felt unsupported and neglected by your staff in our attempts to find a suitable resolution. Lack of flexibility in rescheduling options.
