trip was ran very well - prompt pick up time and confirmation day before / morning of and the driver was knowledgable and friendly. there were a few stop offs on the way to zakopane and the viewpoint were beautiful. the trip to zakopane was beautiful as we had just under 4hrs to take the cable cart to the top and walk through the xmas markets. the price was great considering the drive was long and included a cheese taster, vodka shot and tickets up to the top of the mountains. really nice day out and great company to book through - highly recommend :)

We purchased an English speaking guided tour and did not receive that. Guide used google translate to give us a few highlights but it was often hard to hear via his phone speaker. So we were in a van of English speaking tourists and did not have the guide we requested. Overall Zakopane and the Tetra Mountains were awesome. The extra church were not. Would have preferred to have extra time in Zakopane over these trivial stops.

We had a great trip to Zakapane. Our driver Chris was very good he chatted about where we were going and what we would see. He told us about the cheese we tried on one of our stops. It was a nice walk round the top of the mountain seeing all the stalls and trying the food, then down again to walk round the stalls in town. I would recommend this trip even though it's a long day. It was lovely to see some snow

We were picked up by our driver right outside the hotel which was very convenient, the drive to and from Zakopane was lovely and it was nice to see some of the Polish countryside. The driver/guide was very friendly and informative and made sure we were well looked after. We stopped at a small village on the way to see the wooden houses and church, but unfortunately the church door was locked so we could only look through the keyhole to see inside! When we arrived at Zakopane, our driver got us some of the local smoked cheese to try which we enjoyed and he gave us the tickets for the funicular upto the top of the mountain where the view was lovely. However, at the top although there were some places to eat and drink which is what we expected, We did not expect to see markets stalls, fairground rides, pony rides and cars which rather detracted from the snowy experience and was such a shame! All in all, we enjoyed our day but were very disappointed by what we experienced at the top of the mountain(except for the view of course!)

Absolutely loved this excursion! We were picked up on time from our apartment and to the nice surprise of being the only 2 on the tour that day, we had the driver/ guide to ourselves. I feel awful as we have forgotten his name but he was fantastic! A genuinely lovely guy, very knowledgeable and informative, and spoke very good english. We both loved zakopane and its wonderful views, the smoked cheese with cranberry is incredible! Would 100% recommend this trip!

Not as described

Disappointed with the trip because it was not as described. The Tatra mountains were beautiful and well worth the visit but we did not have long enough there. Firstly our driver was a 'driver' not a tour guide as suggested, he stated that he was the driver and it was hard work to get any information out of him. We had to drop off another couple to the thermal spa which I believe impacted on our timings. We did not get to visit the wooden houses in Chocolow, just drove through there. We did stop at at church for five minutes but not sure why, the driver just said 'we always stop here.' The time spent at Krupowki was just under two and half hours, this included time to ride on the funicular, lunch and look around - not really long enough.

For full disclosure I have visited many mountain ranges. Having said that I would rate the Tatra mountains only fair. Even more disappointing was Zakopane itself. What a tourist trap with over priced restaurants and countless souvenir shops. In addition we spent more time getting to and returning than we spent in the town and mountains. Please don't waste your time and money.

Our guide and driver, Tomas, was extremely helpful and courteous and had s great sense of humor. the group of six (made up of 3 parties of two who had previously never met) had s great laugh with him. We all noted what an excellent driver he was and how thoughtful he was of other drivers.

オフシーズンで渋滞や混雑のない７時間のツアーでした。チーズの試食、伝統的な木造家屋や教会、スキージャンプ、ケーブルカーでグバウフカ山頂、クルプフキ通りでの探索が含まれています。ランチは自由時間内に各自で食べました。あいにくのお天気で山頂では絶景が見られず、ただただ吹雪く中凍えました。晴れて暖かければグバウフカ山頂、街散策、ランチを含む２時間半の自由時間は短いかもしれません。お土産屋さんでは現金が好まれます。ドライバー兼ツアーガイドによるとは思うのですが、ザコパネの歴史や建築物の知識がもうちょっとあったら良かったです。
